Mr. Murphy came on a holiday weekend, and fixed a serious life threatening issue with broken hot-water-heater exhaust pipe. We had just come back from vacation, and I had the flu, and my husband and i were exhausted, and we were glad he came ASAP. The pipe was assessed, fixed, and professionally replaced, along with a fair warning about the serious nature of carbon monoxide poisoning.... so we were very thankful. Mr Murphy was polite, efficient and professional. Although we did pay more than i expected, he gave us a warranty, and I feel his work is trustworthy, and I would recommend his services.

The rains came and the basement flooded. I called Mt Airy Plumbing because they were local and had great reviews on Google. Gymone Murphy called me back immediately. He came out the same day. He diagnosed the problem and cleared two blocked drains. He also told me that a pipe was leaking in the basement. He was quick, honest, and charged a fair price. Because he was fixed the problem the same day I am a customer for life. He is smart, knows his trade, and gave me and extended warranty. I know I can trust Mt Airy Plumbing. You can too.
