Perfection. Quite simply perfection. Getting plumbing work is never fun. Having to rip out a wall to get to a water heater is definitely NOT fun. My closet was built AROUND this water heater. Lee ( owner ) came and assessed the minimal amount of destruction necessary to get this job done without issues and installed a new HUGE 80 gallon water heater. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Basically - could not ask for a better job. Would highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

As a homeowner I've had my share of so call professionals contractors..they tell you one thing and do a half type of job with band aids. Mr. Motz by far EXCEEDS my expectations. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Motz Plumbing.... Let's face it no plumbing experience generally can make you feel good... But this one actually left me with a smile.. Lee answered the phone promptly, listened to me with compassion, showed up on time & was fast to get to my job, was priced better than I ever expected, completely prepared for anything that could have come up, treated my home and the job as if it was his own home, left me feeling so happy about the whole experience and of course he is licensed and insured. All of this cannot be said about the others I encountered. I cannot say enough good things about Lee, his workmanship and level of experience from A to Z. When searching for a plumber to install our new toilet on a slightly uneven floor with a few different types of leaking issues this guy came highly recommended by multiple people on the Nextdoor neighborhood app. If you don't have a plumber I suggest you save his name and number Lee Motz (Motz Plumbing) 305-992-4223. First of all I texted him as I prefer it over phone calls. He texted back and forth a little with me and was reasonably prompt. Price quote from our description of the problem was pretty accurate with final bill. Very fair pricing. Everything done in a reasonable amount of time. Even with a couple hickups due to some unknown extra problems we had, everything went smooth. We had some things that were apparently not built well or in a typical manner and he had no problems adapting and getting the job done right. He is very friendly, polite, easy going, happy personality, not a loud talker and I point that out as not one of our three dogs in the bedrooms made a peep when he was here. If a stranger in the house even breathes wrong it will usually set the chihuahua off. I let him know before he got here that we would both be wearing masks and it was up to him if he wanted to wear a mask in our home. He did wear a mask. He asked me if I used to rent a few blocks away at my old landlord's property and then I realized that he was the same plumber my old landlord used and I liked him back them too. With all this mask stuff sometimes it's hard to recognize people. I'm excited to leave him good reviews elsewhere online. I usually have to be exceptionally happy with a business to want to spend time doing that.
