We hired Motto Construction to help with our kitchen remodel and couldn't be happier! Otto and Lazlo are an obvious cut above the rest even during the bidding process. The attention to detail, cleanliness as they work, professionalism while on the job, ability to pivot to address problems and the high quality work and results are to be commended. Otto also suggested some contractors for related project work and they were great as well - I knew if Otto recommended them they had to be good and we were pleased with their services as well.

Otto accommodated our urgent need for a bathroom remodel. He was very responsive to our needs and the work that he did for us was very high quality with attention to the smallest details. Otto and his partner Latci are fantastic. I needed a tub area converted to a walk-in shower, and they are the most professional, considerate, and immaculate construction people I have ever worked with. Otto suggested that I use Corian instead of tile for the shower, and I had many reservations. The finished product is gorgeous, and I love it. Wish I had another project - I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Otto from Motto Construction is a great guy.Very responsive and clean construction company I ever had in last 20 years. They did excellent job in remodeling my 3 Bathrooms within a month and his partner Latci also very professional and clean guy. Always came on time they promised and clean before they leave everyday they worked. He even carried bunch of lights in stock to avoid my trips to the Home Depot. I will call him in future for any other project if I ever need in my house. I even send his number to bunch of my friends but he is too busy to get on his book You have to wait but if you want the quality work this is the company you want to go with. Thanks again Otto and Latcie for a work you have done.

Just had all the beautiful tile floors that Motto Construction installed 3 years ago professionally cleaned. The cleaning team said they were surprised at the fact that the tile was completely flat. And the grout job is really excellent. This is another objective assessment of the quality work done by Otto and his team. Everything they do is such high quality!!

We were a bit slow in getting things going after our initial design, and he was very patient as we decided on the specific materials. In fact, Otto helped us pick out some of the materials and pointed us towards where we could find the best pricing.

Motto Construction recently finished with the complete remodel of our kitchen and bathroom, as well as the updating of a good deal of our house. We purchased Anderson windows from Home Depot and Otto and Laci installed and cased them for us. We needed some of our floors leveled and they did an expert job. We are extremely happy with all of the worked they performed and are receiving many positive comments about our home. All of the work was done in a professional and timely manner. They are happy, friendly and great to have in the house. And, they vacuum and tidy up each day before departing!!

Our home is thirty years old, thus, as we began the demo, we naturally ran into some unexpected situations. No problem...they are expert problem solvers, are very flexible, and can tackle everything!! Otto is a good communicator and makes himself available to you. He seeks to gain a clear understanding of what one wants and strives to achieve that.

Since I was present most days, I can tell you that you will not find two guys that work harder, each day, than Motto Construction. With the exception of a lunch, they work non-stop all day. We will recommend them to our friends/family, and will use them again for any work we need done. They are the best!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Motto Construction. They have:
1. Completely rebuilt our master bath. From the guidance provided during the design and materials ordering phase, to the care taken to ensure all was up to code and the wonderful quality throughout, we are just delighted. It is everything we wanted!
2. Rebuilt our back fence, replacing the shoddy materials selected by our original home builders with those made to last.
3. Made repairs after a tree limb fell and damaged that same fence.
4. Provided money saving advice for future repairs and enhancements (really taking the time to talk through these with us).

Otto and his crew just completed replacing my upper deck and railing due to dry rot. Working on the 2nd story is no easy job. He was prompt with his estimate and arrived on time for the job. Can't say enough good things about Motto Construction. Highly recommended.
