Very unprofessional... They quoted us, we approved and they stated they would install the hot water heater on Friday or Monday.....it is now a week later on Thursday and I can't even get a callback. Don't waste your time with this Ma / Pa shop, not worth it.

I had Bob Motsch. $397.00 replace a bathroom faucet and a part( i didn't see) off shower knob. Never again.. I was quoted around 225.00 he increased it on final payment. I bought the faucet. Had to call them back a big leak under sink. He blamed lowes etc another 20.00 and he became very argumentive. A 1.5 job. Time wasted in and out of truck.

I called and left a message with a woman because I had two sinks that wouldn't drain. She said someone would call me to get me on the schedule. I called back about a week later and asked if I was going to get a call back to schedule. She asked me how long it had been since I called the first time. When I told her it was a week ago, she seemed surprised that I was calling back, and told me it would probably be a few more weeks. That was two months ago. Of course I got the problem fixed since then, but not by Motsch, nor have I received a call back from them. Save some time and call someone else.

Excellent work, honest and they stand behind their work. I would recommend them to anyone for repairs or more significant work. They installed a new water heater, ran new lines for a remodel and have helped a lot with fixing leaks and diagnosing issues. We have used them for years because we can count on them.

We have used Motsch Plumbing for 25 years for everything from remodeling to basic repairs and boiler work. We've had them design a system to prevent sewer back up when our city wouldn't address infrastructure problems. There's nothing quite like having these guys know you and your home!

WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Not only did I have to call the company twice to make an appointment for a boiler service call(they never called back the first time)the service technician I had tried to explain the part that he had to leave to get was going to be $280. he just never thought it was important to mention. Not only that but he said there was another part that would have worked but he didn't have it stock anymore but it would have been cheaper if he did. I was billed for two hours of labor and charged $490 which would have been cheaper if they carried that part I needed. He handed me a bill with the amount due and that was it. He didn't bother to give me an itemized bill- I had to requested one. Very unprofessional. Do NOT ever use this company unless you have money to burn.
