This company may be ok with small plumbing issues but not major. I had a leaking shower. I called this company to be told it's a little crack and can be replaced. Once at my home, I was told they would have to rip up the floor of my shower to get to the pipes. I was told they rip up and don't replace and I would have to get a tile company to replace it. Those don't even exist really anymore. I was quoted one price and was asked if I wanted new pipes. My ending amount due was $5,000 and I still don't have a working shower. I appreciate them telling me about the leak rotting my wood so they tore out my walls. Another reason why I should have started with a bathroom remodeling company. After getting quotes from bath remodeling companies. I was told the ""replacement tub liner was done terribly, and the new pipes were put in incorrectly. If you have a major job call a Bath and remodel company first especially if they tell you they have to tear out anything because they would do the plumbing also and can do the remodel. I feel like I was taken advantage of and overcharged.

We called them to come out to unclogged a kitchen sink drain. The tech was on the job 4 hours and charged $2,500. That is 4 to 5 times the normal rate for a plumber.

Horrible, offer you free camera inspection with drain out, then
$49 for visit. The tech was there all of 10 minutes and said the charge would be $1200, with no proof of the problem. Never did the camera so how could he know. Called another plumber, $185 fixed the problem.

hired to unclog the drain in my bathtub. Paid $309. Gave kids a bath later in the week. The water would not drain. The company refused to come out to correct the issue. Said They do not guarantee their work. Shameful. Will never use the again and will tell everybody I know of their poor service.

This is not a review about the work(because no work was performed) this is a review in regards to customer experience. Had the team come out and provide an estimate, I had the work scheduled, then the team comes back to start the work, notices that a ""special part"" needs to be ordered and they will reach out to their contacts and then call me back to reschedule. A week later(today), I call the office and follow up status. Message was passed to the team. I get a call back saying ""no one would sell them the part"", which I understand. But what I do not like is ""lack of follow up"", this could have been conveyed to me days ago. And I would have reached out to whomever, so If you say your going to follow up..then do so.

Called this business to assess our drain in the crawlspace. I asked if there was a fee and was told no. When the 'plumber' arrived we were told it would be a $500 non-refundable fee for going into a crawlspace! I asked what if the problem is a quick $100 fix and was told I would be out the $500! Thievery in disguise; beware of these guys. Tried calling them 3 times and never got past the 'call killer' secretary. Tried calling the owner and again, the secretary intercepted the call and demanded to know why we wanted to talk to the owner before hanging up on us. It's obvious the plumber that came out is after quick cash! Not a good representative of the company - or is he?

Our basement started to flood this past Saturday and Motor City had their men to my house within the hour. The problem turned out to be a massive job with my driveway being dug up and sewer lines repaired. They arrived the following Thursday and finished in one day! Tim, Jack, and Josh were friendly and knowledgeable. They we're informative and helpful. They did a great job cleaning up when they were done. Highly recommend!!

The damage done to my home during a complete repipe. The job was five grand. They cut the price$200, then warranteed their work for 60 days. Unprofessional, swearing in my home. I will never use them again

The technician Esteban was wonderful I had a hot water tank installed by another company which was a mistake
I didn't have hot water they told me it might be a dip tube and they don't fix that
I called Motor city they came out the next day and all he did was turn 1 knob that the other company left off and BOOM I had hot water!!
Fast Friendly Service I give them 10 stars!!
