Whenever I have plumbing issues, I call Jason. He does excellent work, his services are reasonably priced, and I learn a lot every time he comes out. I've had him replace valves, work on my toilets, replace my water heater, and replace a garbage disposal -- all top-notch work. When Jason does the job, you're supporting a local business owner rather than some national chain. He always answers any questions I have with patience, and his expertise shows in his work and explanations. Best of all, he's trustworthy. He doesn't cut corners, and I don't need to check behind his work. It's a no-brainer -- hire Jason.

My water heater failed and I contacted multiple plumbers requesting service. A few of them didn't return my calls. Jason responded within a few hours and provided an estimate and said he could be out that afternoon. He was professional and honest. I hope to not need his services anytime soon but he will definitely be my first choice for future plumbing needs.

Jason quickly returned my call and was able to fit me into his schedule within a day. He was on time and fully prepared for the job.

He replaced my sump pump in less time than quoted. The workmanship was very good - no cut corners. He was willing to install the pump that I provided. When the dual pump didn't fit exactly like the original, he took the time needed to rearrange things instead of plowing forward like I've seen others do. He cleaned up the workspace, re-caulked the radon seal and hauled away the old pump.

His rates are quite fair. He kept to his original quote, which was 70% of one I received 1.5 years ago for the same work (and subsequently declined).

The whole experience is like having a master-plumber-friend do you a solid. I'll recommend Jason to anyone who asks for a referral - which coincidentally just happened about half an hour ago.

SOLID!! There are lots of flattering words I'd use to describe Jason Harris, but if I had to choose only one, it would be ""solid.""
Jason does an excellent job, always shows on time, keeps you updated via email and text, and is a pure pleasure to have in your home. I'm a former small-time contractor who use to run a word of mouth handyman business. I've had a few plumbers in my house, and none of them can compare to Jason. His quality workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. And, as I mentioned earlier, he is an absolute pleasure to have in my house. I had a previous plumber who was not this way, so it makes me appreciate Jason more.
Jason roughed in my basement bathroom and then finished up the fixture installs. I did everything else. But, even with his demanding schedule, he took the time to walk me through the inspection process for my Certificate of Occupancy. There were three inspections required during the basement process, and each inspector knew Jason by name and was extremely complimentary of his work.
I also had my water heater act up during this process and Jason dropped everything to come out the afternoon I called to fix it. He worked well past 7 pm.
I would recommend Jason for any job. He's the best!!

MVP was a life saver. My water heater went out and I had no clue what the problem was. I actually called 3 other plumbers on a Saturday afternoon and no one answered the phone. When I called Jason he answered and came out within the hour. Jason was efficient and the water heater was up and running in no time. I would highly recommend MVP.
