We were in need of updating my sick uncles toilet and water heater. Ryan arrived on time and went over the estimate options with my uncle & I. We scheduled within a week to have both items installed. They were on time even though Ryan had already had a personal issue that started his morning with an hardship. He and his associate were done with the project within a few hours and answered all my questions and concerns. I would hire them again for our next plumbing project.

Our kitchen faucet was broken and I was quoted $195 to have it replaced over the phone and agreed to the price and an appointment later in the week. When they arrived they told me that the price had suddenly gone up 30% to $295 without a clear reason. The quality of work was good and they showed up on time and called before arriving.

Edit: in response to the below comment from the company, I am clarifying that I provided the parts necessary for the install. It's not clear to me what parts they provided for $100.

Technician Ryan was excellent as he was very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. After having 4 other options as to the solution of our sewer line project, we believe that he offered the most practical solution to our problem. Unfortunately, the company he represents claims that all their workers are "" Independent Contractors,"" so the company provides no Workers Compensation Insurance. We decided not to retain their services to complete the work on our project, as California law puts the burden of worker's injuries upon the homeowner when no WC Insurance is provided by the contracting company. Very disappointed about that situation as Ryan was offering a doable solution to our problem.
