Scheduled a hydrojetting service for the following day after an email quote, the technician came right on time and was able to get the job done in half hour. Price was good but the hydrojetting compressor is considerably smaller than what I have seen from others.

Our water heater stopped working on Sunday; we tried multiple times, but the pilot wouldn't light.

We couldn't reach our usual plumbing company, so we googled others and ended up calling a few. No one could get to us the same day until we called MVP Plumbing; they set us up with an appointment in a 2-hour window just a couple hours later.

Alex showed up promptly and begins to look at our existing unit to see what the issue was, he tried everything, but the pilot would not light. Our unit was 12 years old and lasted a long time, but it had died.

Alex said we did have a good brand and he could get us the same brand, would pick it up and install it first thing in the morning. We called our home warranty and got pre-approved to have MVP do the work. We confirmed with Alex and said everything up for the next morning.

The next morning, he picked up the new unit, arrived promptly and got right to work. He drained our existing unit, dismantled it, packed it up and hauled it away at the end. He got the new unit installed, strapped and working within 2 hours. Shortly after we had hot water again!

Payment and invoicing were easy and digital; he emailed everything to me so I could submit for reimbursement to our home warranty company via email easily.

Alex was professional, prompt, competent, patient, kind and answered all our questions; he also gave us direct number so that if we had any issues he would come right back and make sure it was fixed immediately.

We had a fantastic first experience with MVP plumbing and Alex when they are now on our list for any future issues with our house plumbing!

We have interacted with Most Valuable Plumbing twice. The first time they relocated a gas line valve connected to a new fireplace unit we had just installed. The work was completed as requested, but they charged $1600 (!!) which I had suspected at the time was quite high. The second time, I requested a quote to move the same gas valve FIVE INCHES to the left. They quoted us $895. I decided to shop around and within 30minutes received three new quotes at significantly more reasonable prices ($325, $350 and $550 to be exact). It is clear that -- while this company performs satisfactory work -- they over-charge for this work. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Franco was the plumber assigned to help us with our clogged sink. He was timely, professional, and was able to solve the clog. The pricing was reasonable and the task was completed within an hour.

Contacted Nelson about a hot water heater issue. He was very responsive and walked me through all my options. I did not end up going forward with the work but I was very happy with his professionalism and service. Would seek out their services in the future.

We called these folks hoping to get the drain cleaned because of a flier that stated it would be 33 or free if they were unable to unclog it. It also alluded that this service would be COVID friendly but the guy showed up without a mask.

Ultimately the drain got fixed but they changed the price to almost double. This was deceptive marketing. Buyers beware.

Updating to add that the company sent me a private message trying to guilt me into changing my review. Had the business done what they advertised they wouldn't have to do that. Not coming into a home without even having a mask on at all during a pandemic never should have happened. The same should be said about how there are *multiple* reviews here that state that these folks change their prices once in the door. I don't care if you are a corporate business or a family run business, you've got to do right by people when you provide the service, not try to guilt your way out of things when you fail to do as you were supposed to. Just do right the first time and things will take care of themselves. Hopefully, the business starts to do the right thing moving forward so they don't have to try to guilt change more reviews.

MVP saved us from the mother-of-all clogs. A *very* large blockage had stopped up the kitchen and one lateral line. Ramon analyzed the situation, and instead of pulling the toilet, as I was ready to do, he methodically cleared the main line from the kitchen cleanout, and that also cleared the lateral line!! It was a good thing I had MVP hydrojet the main line to the street last week. Thank you so much, Ramon, and last week to Jay and the hydrojet!

Great service, and super low prices. I have paid TWICE the amount for other companies to hydrojet the main sewer line (we have terrible root problems). Also, the hydrojet service came with a free camera inspection of the main line.

As a contractor/handyman (I just don't do drain service!), I really appreciate fast, capable, courteous service.

Guy showed up on time, told me that to repair my issue, they would need to hydro jet the line. So it went from $59 to $395 without 5 minutes of time. Ok. The guy can be here soon to do the service, ok. An hour later the guy ran the jet, found a clog & said they need to cut out a piece of pipe, then come back to jet it again. Now it's $1,900!!? Wtf! Both guys worked for literally 30mins if that. On a direct clean out line. I said I wasn't going to pay the required service fee which somehow magically went up from the $59 to $100... save your $$ & go elsewhere
