Susan L.I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived late, charged me for overtime as he was on overtime since he was late. Did not have the tools needed to unplug a sink. Left for an hour to secure tool and charged me an extra hour to get the tool. Demanded immediate payment but would not provide a breakdown nor a receipt. Bottom line the sink was unplugged for 400$. Poor customer service and the most outrageous price for a 30 min job of actual work. Don't recommend.
