I had a couple of drains that were backing up and and outside spigit that needed replacing. When I called I said that it wasn't an emergency and the scheduler said that they were currently extremely busy, but would call me on Monday with the earlisest dates. I was surprised to get a call from a technician 2 days later to say he could be at my house if I was availablebut unfortunately I wasn't home. Robert said that he would call me if he had any time the next day. He called at the time I said I would be home to tell me he could be at my home in one hour. Robert and Hugo arrived on time, were clean and friendly. The were also very organized and got right to work in my master bath and even checked out the sinks while they had all of their tools out to make sure they were not clogged. Cleaned up, and proceeded outside and in 5 minutes they had installed a new spigit. Even my husband was impressed with the service we received. I have not received the bill as yet, but, based on the way they handle their business, I don't expect to be overcharged.

Russell was hired by the owners of our current property when we were trying to purchase the house and we're still in escrow. Certain repairs needed to be made to the septic system in order for us to close the transaction. Russell was very difficult to work with, non-responsive and consistently acted like he was bothered to even have a conversation with us about the safety of the repairs he was doing to our future home. He then proceeded to delay the repairs for an entire month which held up escrow and left us without a home for several weeks due to this inexcusable delay. In the end because he couldn't be bothered by us simply asking him to please communicate the status of his work, he told us he was going on vacation because he didn't want to deal with us and wouldn't be available to talk for a week. I'm not one to typically leave negative reviews however Russell caused us so much stress and harm I would like to warn others considering doing business with him.

I am so happy I found Mosser Plumbing. Living in Malibu has its drawbacks (yes- a few) and one of them is finding honest and reliable service companies. In the past I used A&B (which I would never recommend) and have been highly disappointed with the lack of quality workmanship. Mosser Plumbing provides experienced and knowledgeable plumbers at a fair and reasonable price and you can rest assured that the job will be performed cleanly and correctly. You will not be disappointed- whatever you do- do not use A&B Plumbing.
