Our hot water heater died during a cold snap in January, and Jeff was the one person able to get a replacement and install it in less than a week. He did a great job, and I cannot thank him enough for coming to the rescue (on a Sunday, no less).

The owner Jeffrey is the best contractor that I've worked with. From the basics of promptly returning calls or texts to the quality of his work, I can't say enough. He had changed out my garbage disposal, fixed plumbing issues with my toilets and installed a kitchen faucet. I would have hired him to renovate my bathrooms if it wasn't due to a schedule conflict. When my tile contractor told me that the new bathtub is not leveled and the plumber was on vacation, Jeffrey jumped on to help right away. His price is reasonable and most importantly, you can count on him doing it right. I'm hiring him to paint my bathrooms when all the tile work is done.

My tenants can finally enjoy their new shiny microwave!!

Jeff knew what he was doing and did it very quickly and the microwave sure looks nice!

The old one broke about a month and half ago and I ordered a new one from Home Depot. The installers were so incompetent that they had to come 4 times and still couldn't finish the job. (1st time: they forgot their drill; 2nd time: I wasn't there although my tenants were but they refused to do the job unless the ''authorized person"" was there; etc)

So I didn't want to work with them anymore.

Then I also needed an electrician to evaluate my outlet after last reason for why the installers couldn't do the job was that the outlet wasn't in the cabinet. I had been using this electrical company for many years for all of my rentals except this time they had new electricians come to my place. First of all, they came an hour late and then told me it'd take 3 hours to move the outlet so they can't actually do it that day (when I specifically said before I engaged the services ""I need a professional electrician to look at the outlet, see if it needs to be moved, and if needs to be moved, move it""). I knew right away these new ""electricians"" were lying because I had an outlet moved previously in the same unit when I replaced the oven and that only took 1 hour. (Seems to be the story with my contractors.. the people I had been using for years all of a sudden don't seem as reliable anymore..)

Jeff took a look at the outlet and confirmed it does need to be moved into the cabinet but he only took half an hour to do that. And then he saw that the holes the installers had drilled were actually backwards so he drilled new holes and secured the new microwave correctly.

It has been a long saga dealing with so many contractors and my tenants had been without a microwave for over a month! I'm so glad I was able to find Jeff and my tenants can have a microwave again.

Jeff helped us with some unexpected work that came up when we got new kitchen appliances. He installed an electrical outlet for our over-the-range microwave, installed the microwave, and moved our gas outlet to accommodate our new range. He arrived on time (early actually, but he called first to make sure that worked for us), got the job done quickly, and was very nice. Would definitely use for future projects!

I had purchased several thousands worth of kitchen equipment from a high end local retailer. They had made several mistakes and oversights, which led to them abandoning the install but left me with the appliances. They recommended a few contractors, who also ended up ghosting me.

I was forunate enough to stumble across MoseyBolt and Jeff, who tackled all the challenges; from a stud blocking the vent hood opening, to cabinets being too tight to fit the rangetop.. Jeff did it all. I have a family member who does a similar line of work, and said Jeff's prices were more than reasonable. During the installation, we ran into even more troubles, but Jeff was resourceful--explaining pros and cons of each approach and suggesting what he thought was best.

In the end everything was installed flawlessly, with great attention to detail (echoing many of the other reviews here). Jeff came in clutch when others were too afraid of the challenge. Jeff is incredibly personable, and will take the time to educate if you care to learn. No job is beneath him (spends time peeling stickers off appliances, wiping down surfaces, etc.)

Installed a panel front integrated dishwasher where there was no existing slot for it. Looks amazing and totally flush and hidden into the existing cabinets

I recently purchased my first home and was stressed about some upcoming repairs/work that needed to be done. My friend recommended Jeff saying ""he can do anything! He is thorough, professional, and will work through all the different approaches to a problem without just executing on the easiest one."" I back that statement 100% and would even add that he can do simple doorbell installations to really complicated general contractor work. It's very reassuring to know that I can always call Jeff for any problem because he has such a great skill set. Highly recommend!
