Do not hire this plumber! My general contractor hired JW Morton. Throughout the course of a months long remodeling project there were four incidents of flooding in my basement due to their negligence. The final incident caused several thousands of dollars worth of damage to our finished basement. We had inches of standing water and are having to replace both flooring and drywall. I banned Morton from doing any additional work and had to hire another plumber to fix his mistakes. We are currently working through an insurance claim to remediate all the damage caused.

It's the plumbing gift that keeps on giving. Once again we have to have a plumber come fix the multiple issues to a home built 10 years ago. There is not one bathroom in our house that had issues. When the plumber came to look at our latest leak he could not believe the shoddy work of him. I can only hope he's either retired or has gone under due to his incompetence.

Total crook from the onslaught, first he over priced me for a pipe.When I turned his business down he called me over 50 times no exaggeration.Buyer beware after reading previous reviews id stay as far away as you possibly can.Comes off friendly and jolly but boy are you in for a rude awakening.

Jim Morton is a total crook. I hired him to install heating in my garage in August of 2017. I gave him a $2000 deposit, which he literally ran to the bank to cash the same day. He was to begin the work the following week. He never showed the following week. I called and called and at first he did not return my phone calls. After threats of legal action, he returned my phone call and gave me a sob story about how he is bankrupt, losing his truck, blah blah blah. In the meantime he continues to advertise on Craigslist. I never did get my money back and this crook continues to prey on others. As the previous review states, STEER CLEAR OF JIM MORTON. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.
