I met Rodrigo when he was working on my neighbors cabin. I was sitting in the kitchen floor devistated because my kitchen sink was backed up and flooding my brand new cabinets and I couldn't fix it myself. My experience with other plumbers that would actually service my area had been unpleasant and overly expensive. Rodrigo came over when he finished my neighbor and figured out the issue in minutes. I called the office and set an appointment to have the lines replaced with the proper sized pipe. Rodrigo and a helper showed up 2 days ( yes days, not weeks !!) later and handled the job quickly and efficiently. They left the area cleaner than it was when they started, they were so very polite, and the charges were very fair. I highly recommend Morton & Brown to everyone but especially people in the mountains where we normally get raped with travel fee and higher rates.

As long as I can remember, my family has always used Morton and Brown Plumbing. Years ago, we had a family reunion at my dad's house when the toilet backed up. Major problem when you have a house filled with people and only one toilet. Morton's came out and fixed the problem within an hour. Saved the day.

Although my parents have passed, I still use Morton and Brown for any plumbing problem at my dad's old house which is now a rental. Since I now live out of town, I need someone who is both reliable and prompt. I totally trust Morton and Brown.

Israel came out the same day to replace a leaking faucet in the kitchen. He got the job done quickly and was very competent and knowledgeable. He did a great job and left the area very clean. I would highly recommend Morton & Brown to anyone who needs plumbing work done quickly and done right the first time.

Toilet was clogged and water was spilling out of the sides, they arrived in a timely manner the same day to repair, even went above and beyond to give us some helpful tips and scheduled further maintenance with them for other work around the house. They are very affordable, respectful and offer great customer service. I highly recommend for any septic or plumbing issues. They were prepared and finished the job within a timely manner. I was very impressed!!!! Thank you !!!

Water was leaking from the pipe that leads to the water meter, so I called Morton & Brown to come repair it. They came the following day and fixed it. The gentleman who came out was very friendly. He did a great job and didn't take long. The price was very affordable as well.

NOT TRUE TO THIR WORD!!!! Worst plumbing company ever. Told us one of our septics collapsed, pulled it out, put a new one in and LEFT THE OLD ONE SITTING IN THE BACK YARD!!! And it's still there one month later!!!
We have contacted them 5 times with promises of "" we will pick it up next week"" each time we call.

Affordable, honest, understanding and professional! We had a pipe break from our septic system and less than two hours after contacting them, they were at our door to help. I did not catch the name of the gentleman that helped us but wow. He was honest and fast and did great work. I cannot tell you the amount of happy tears that were shed after he left and the icing on the cake was the woman that spoke to my husband was kind and sympathetic. Such a wonderful company!

This plumbing company is the best. My water heater went out last Thursday I called a few plumbing companies the next day around 10 am some of them didn't wanted to come out till the following week even though I make sure to let them know that I had a 1 year old and a 3 year old at home and with the change of temperature creeping up on us it was a little difficult to take them baths. So I called the construction company to see if they could do anything about it since our home is only a little over 4 years old to my surprise Adam the manager or handy man I really don't know what he is to the company sujested I give Takagi a call and see if the unit was still under warranty the person I first spoke to told me that it was but that I needed to contact a plumbing company to have them come out and take the water heater apart to see what parts we were going to need, so that was when Humberto from Morton and Brown came out to do that for us so after taking the unit apart and snapping a few pics he was asked to send them to Takagi just to find out the next day that based on the pictures they were not gonna be able to help us do to the fact that the pictures show that we had never done the clean up services on the unit, so to everybody out there reading this make sure you spend a couple hundred dollar every year to clean it, if you don't wanna wake up one day and have to take a cold shower. So I called Humberto and ask him to get the new unit and to come as soon as possible because we didn't wanted to go one more day with out hot water ""and yes I understand why not go old school is not like we always had hot water, but come on my wife and I can tuff it out but not my kids"" the very next day Humberto went to Visalia pick up the unit came to the house and installed in less that 2 hours. Great, clean job you guys!!!

Wow so pleased with this company!!!!
My tough to meet standards were met and exceeded!!
We came home (we had been away for a week)to a severe propane leak in our home, scary to say the least!! Our home is by the river so we have no choice but to have propane for our stove, & HVAC units.
Initially I called Wholesale Fuels, our propane gas providers, Rueben came out, checked all of the regulators confirmed our tank was empty, refilled it but made sure it was turned off. He also confirmed we had a huge leak somewhere!! Never having dealt with any propane issues, I had no idea who to call, I tried our HVAC people first, they only handled interior or on the roof problems. Our problem was buried somewhere under ground or under 100+ feet of cement decking, I wanted to cry. Rueben recommended Morton & Brown and I will be forever grateful!!!
I could go on and on with praises for Umberto, Israel, and Gabriel. These young men worked tirelessly in the 105 degree heat trying to find the leak under the dirt, digging 2&1/2' to 3' deep in an effort to not break up the cement decking & a much bigger repair bill. There were a number of leaks that they repaired and it took several days but they finally found a 2&1/2' section of pipe that was completely decayed and the culprit. They worked until almost 7pm on a Friday fixing the pipe, cleaning up and restoring the holes that had been dug up in the yard. Thank you so much for a stellar job!!!
