these guys are a scam. found them on craiglist under the name of SUPERIOR PLUMBER. we have a clog issue on the main line. I was not home but my older parents were when Kyle came over. Talked to Kyle over the phone and he said he had clean out the line and have my parents to pay him in cash. When I came home, found out he just open the front outlet and lied to my parents that everything is working. When confront him, learned that he did not have the proper equipment to do the outside clog and that his friend has the equipment and he would come back. We waited the entire next day, not show, keep saying he is waiting for his friend (without a phone) to bring the equipment. It has been three days, no Kyle and not answering phone call... Trying to file a complaint, found out his license #683391 is revoked. On the phone he said he has valid California license, another BIG LIE...

Great experience. Although, I'll admit my task was a small one - I was helped after hours, when my shower no longer worked. It took a valve replacement to remedy. I was met with patience with the consideration of my courtyard unit, and that I had to answer my phone ringing as my landlord called. Once at work, the problem was quickly assessed. He went to his car, and luckily came back with an item he didn't have on hand typically. He took no more than 30 minutes. That's what meant the most to me; as my poor puppy, who spends 8 hours total each weekday, had to put in more crate time. Before he left he helped me to understand what the issue was - which better allows me to explain this problem in the future. Hopefully it's the last time I need him! But if you need any plumbing services, Morrow's Citywide Plumbing is worth a try!
