I had water coming through an in ceiling lighting fixture and AC vent. The master bedroom sinks had either clogged or a pipe had a break. I posted requests for estimates and received messages saying they would either call the next day or for me to contact them. I contacted Mark Morrow plumbing and he was on another job. He promised he would be out the next day to see what the problem was. Mark arrived and quickly cleared the clogged pipe. Mark cleaned up the work area and was professional and friendly. The cost for the job was more than reasonable.
I will definitely call on Morrow Plumbing for any future plumbing needs .

Mark is above all honest. He is responsive, fairly priced, careful and conscientious about his work. He has been a LIFE SAVER in several emergencies...like our recent sewer line back up on brand new floors! I've known Mark for many years and highly recommend his service.

Its tough to write a shining five star review when all of the reviews are five star! I guess with Morrow Plumbing, Five Star is just the way they do business.

I had a pipe spring a leak inside of our bathroom wall. Because of all the rain we had been having, I assumed that the sound of dripping water was coming from outside. But when it stopped raining, the dripping didn't. I called my landlord and they gave me Marks number and we made plans for him to come out on a Monday. On Saturday evening the drip became a spray and I had to shut off the main. Mark was at my front door first thing Sunday morning! I know that he had family plans, and I felt really bad about it, but he carved out time to at least get the problem patched so we could have water until he could return and FIX the problem.

The water damage was such that the bathroom needed to be gutted and rebuilt. Mark has been in constant communication with me throughout the process, and I am pretty sure he is putting extra time in addition to all of his other clients to try and get this job done as quickly as possible.

My landlord is paying for this, so I do not have an opinion on cost... but the customer service is simply beyond anything anybody could reasonably hope for.

By my count, mine is the 24th review of Morrow Plumbing, totaling 120 out of a possible 120 stars! What else can you really say?

I already had appointments set with a couple of the big franchise plumbing companies with a bunch of location listings that I figure are fake. But, I didn't feel right. I kept searching and found Mark to help me finalize a bathroom sink installation. When I first contacted him, he was on vacation, but took my call and promised to get back to me as soon as the holidays were through. True to his word, he got back to me and got me on the schedule quickly. I'm really impressed with Mark's professionalism and quality of work. He is a great guy and I will happily call him the next time I need plumbing services.

Mark is a extremely knowledgeable and professional plumber. I had a leak in my main and Mark came to the rescue and identified the source, repaired, and was gone in 1 hour. He is by far the best plumber in Laguna Hills!!

Mark replaced a bathroom sink faucet and shower valve for us and did a great job. He even completed the job on Sunday so that our tenant wouldn't be without a shower over the weekend. Mark is conscientious and professional and knows what he is doing. Will definitely be using Morrow Plumbing again!

Bought some new appliances including a gas stove. Due to a glitch, the installers were unable to connect the stove to the gas line. Started looking on Yelp for a plumber to install a gas shut off valve. Found Morrow Plumbing and called right away.

Mark answered on the 1st ring. Told him the situation and he said he we would be right over. 5 minutes later he's at our door. Not only did Mark install the valve he also hooked up the stove to the gas line for us. Now I call that service.

He's very friendly, well spoken and honest. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. We got his business card and if we ever need a plumber again, Mark is our go-to guy. Doesn't get any better than this.
