Recently had new appliances installed and the installers broke a water line. They called Morrow Plumbing out to save the day. Mark Morrow called me with in 30 minutes of the break, told me he would be at our home within 90 minutes, and about 60 minutes later showed up. He was knowledgeable, courteous, explained what he was going to do, did it, and was gone in about 30 minutes. And he was clean, both he and the job he did. No mess left behind.
After retiring from the construction industry after 30 years, I can honestly say that Morrow Plumbing is a rare contractor. No fuss. Punctual. Able. Proud of his work.
Recommend him highly, and I would even send him to work on any friend's home without hesitation.

Called Mark early on Tuesday, and told him about my leaking kitchen sink faucet. He said he'd be able to come by within the hour to diagnose it, and could fix it the next day if I I had the replacement available. Right on-time, he diagnosed the source of the leak. I got the Hansgrohe replacement from Costco Tuesday afternoon and confirmed what color with Mark for the matching counter top plug caps, and Mark was able to replace it That Afternoon! Prompt, precise, affordable, friendly service, saving me scraped knuckles & lots of cursing, and getting the job done in 1/2 the time it would have taken me to do it. Highly recommended!

We called several plumbers...left messages with no reply from most. It was 4pm on a Tuesday so those who replied said they couldn't come that day. I understand busy, but they did not offer to provide service the next day either. I realize it was a small job...a clogged kitchen sink. Mark from Morrow Plumbing was also busy, but the difference was that he was the only one who offered to come at 7am the following morning. Mark was prompt & efficient as he quickly unclogged the kitchen drain.

Realizing I had found a knowledgeable plumber, I asked Mark about a hose bib outside that had not worked in the 3 years we have live here. Mind you, I have asked this question of every plumber who had come to our home in the past. They just said it was dead...not hooked up to water & left it at that. Mark took the time to diagnose the problem...and FIX IT!!!!!

Overall, very satisfied with Mark's plumbing skills, work ethic, fair prices, and customer service. Appreciated him taking the extra step that will get him repeat business!

I found Mark on Yelp and called him about a pinhole leak in a pipe in my ceiling. We had turned off the water and were hunkered in. He came within 2 hours and had it fixed in a jiffy. Very professional and clean. I have asked for a bid from him to replace 5 fixtures on 5 sinks. So far so great.

I called Morrow Plumbing and he was able to come out the same day. I had problems installing a faucet on my pedestal sink, which caused it to leak (apparently pedestal sinks are not the easiest to work on). Very nice guy, he fixed everything and even made it better by caulking and show me how to do caulking since I hadn't been able to figure out how to do it. Fair price too. I am glad I now have a local plumber I can call on in the future.

Very impressed with Mark's focus on customer service and his integrity. We had an emergency situation with some leaky valves in our laundry room. Unlike some bigger companies, Mark made the effort to fit us in and work around our schedule. He seemed to sincerely care about our problem. Pricing was also fair and honest.

Morrow Plumbing Service is hands down - the BEST in OC. I recommend Mark (owner) to everyone I know and he has never let me down. I have a couple of properties and Mark has done everything from replacing faucets, vanities, setting toilets, complete drain replacement in a 2 story building, and most recently he did some leak detection and re-piped my entire home. Mark is a third generation plumber, he grew up with plumbing in his blood, the guy knows everything about the trade.
