Owner was wonderful to speak with. His service guys showed up on time and were professional. Explained what was wrong to me with my hot water issue and made suggestions on how to correct it. They replaced my leaking washer hookup and leaking sink drain as well all within 30 to 45 min. Great rates and will def use them for any other of my plumbing needs.

This past week we called Morrisons to come look at a small leak, or water main inside our garage wall. We had asked another plumbing company to come look at it earlier, and they said it needed to completely re-piped throughout our garage at the cost of over $1800+. Naturally, with that kind of an expense, I called for a second opinion, and Morrison Plumbing came out. Justin initially came out to look at the main water line into the house. He took the time to explain how the waterlines are distributed throughout the house and estimated that it was inside the CBS block where the line comes into the house and that the hard water deposits probably created a leak in the inner wall of the 20 year old copper pipe. Two days later, Wayne and his coworker measured where the pipe comes into the garage on the backside and cut into the wall and was able to locate the leak and replace the fitting. They also extended the CPVC pipe so it will not be an issue in the future. The cost was one-quartet of the price quote we were given by another plumbing company. They got the job done within a couple of hours of labor. This weekend, I refilled the section chipped away to get to the pipe with mortar myself. Now everything's good to go. My wife and I were very happy with Morrison Plumbing and would not hesitate to recommend their work and their integrity. We will be using them for any plumbing needs in the future.

I used this company to go underneath my manufactured home and fix a pipe that broke. The plumber who came Cory seemed very nice and very talkative in the beginning when he arrived to my home and then seemed to run out very quickly after he was done. Because of the problem the pipe caused I had to be displaced from my home for repairs. After staying in the hotel for 11 days. I was clear to go back to my home, when I did I looked around and found that the cement passageway, the access for underneath my manufactured home was laying on the floor and not put back. I then tried to put it in myself only to see that they had damaged the concrete cement that holds it all in place. I called the owner Jimmy Morrison and he couldn't be more disrespectful and rude. He actually said """"I don't care and we are not a mason company and I feel no obligation it's your problem""""and hung up on me! I cannot believe the way this Man treats his customers. I called back about a week later in hopes that maybe he had a bad day, maybe he came to his senses. NOPE!!!! He was ever nastier to me and told me he hasn't changed his mind and still doesn't care. He said """"I could care less if you file a complaint about me either!!!!"""" WOW just WOW!!!! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional owner or company! I'm sorry I hired them and gave them my business! I hope this helps anyone who is thinking of trusting a company that """"Doesn't Care"""" if they damage your home.
