I was very impressed with Mike's professionalism during his visit to our home. When we talked on the phone, he was very helpful in answering my questions and giving me clear expectations in terms of price, time, and scope of work. This is especially noteworthy because I know I have a tendency to ask for too many details which can be abrasive especially for contractors. On the phone, he took the time to understand the scope of our (seemingly straightforward) problem and, through asking pointed questions, started revealing that this might actually be a tougher and more expensive job than it seems on the surface. Some people I talk to won't bother going that far on the phone; they'll just set a time to come visit and include a service fee and possibly an hour of labor. Mike offered to stop by our house that same day 45 minutes later after his final job wrapped. When he arrived, he confirmed the details that truly make our situation worse than it seems on the surface. He took time to listen to how we've been considering alternatives in terms of scope and cost. In short, we thought we could avoid a full remodel by attacking a smaller part of the bath. It turns out, as he explained, it won't work that way. Had we trusted another person to ""just come in and do the work"", we may have found ourselves spending more money than we expected on a band-aid fix that doesn't actually solve the problem. He was very forthcoming with suggestions and the delicateness of the situation. Mike gave me the opportunity to talk to a tradesman and hear real, first-hand advice without feeling like that's being hidden to protect the sale. This is the exact kind of interaction I look for from local businesses, and it isn't easy to come by. Our family is still deciding exactly what we are going to do with our bath, but I couldn't be happier with the assistance Mike gave us and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs work to be done and values honesty and transparency.

I contacted Mike Morrison on a Saturday morning with a clogged drain pipe. He recommended a drain service as he was not able to get there immediately. The wizard drain cleaning service who was also excellent determined the pipe was broken and that roots were growing in the pipe and it was broken so I called Mike and he agreed to come out Sunday morning without a weekend charge. He was prompt and dug out the pipe and replaced it and made sure all was working. He was knowledgeable and courteous and efficient. Very reasonable! I will call him again when I need a plumber. Highly recommended! I would give him six stars if I could.

Had a kitchen sink back up, called Morrison and they came within the hour. Great service and very reasonable. Mike explained what was going to be done and didn't leave until he checked and rechecked for any blockage or leaks. Great service would definitely use them again. If your looking for an honest and reliable plumber than Morrison is the one to choose

Mike was friendly, very detailed with the job, and worked non stop from start to finish. His installation of water lines and drain to our new sink was the perfect finishing touch to our new kitchen. He also installed our dishwasher. The cost of the project was also reasonable. I'll keep him in mind for future projects for sure

Morrison Plumbing came highly recommended and I now see why. Mike provided me with a practical solution for a leaking shower drain that otherwise would have required demo work. He also used his camera to identify where tree roots have entered my sewer line and presented me with options for my next steps.

He was extremely helpful, polite, and made sure to show me what the issues were and discuss all the possible solutions--not just solutions that would benefit him. It was evident that not only does Mike care about his work, but he cares about his clients. It was a bonus that his price was so reasonable.
