These guys charged me $335 to change my thermostat ($20 thermostat at Walmart, which means they get them in bulk for $5. Also a two minute job). I was upset when he wrote out the receipt, so he knocked off $50. His one trick, ""it is the mother board and it will cost over $1000.oops, nope just thermostat, your lucky"" The guy claimed it had a backlight and was a new model (what?). In the beginning I was not once rude to this guy, so that cannot be used has an excuse. It was the son of the family. So I don't know if he is running a scam.or the whole family is. I called and talked to the mother and they apologized and offered to send me a $25 gift card. Beware these guys will crook you out of your money. Let's see how long this stays up. I have verification of receipt and picture of cheap thermostat, if needed.

My dealings with Morrison were wonderful. I was trying to help out my elderly father in law. He can be a bit of a handful. I called Morrison and they were so friendly. They got us in quick. I love how they send you emails and text messages keeping you informed every step of the way!!! They even send you a picture and bio for the tech coming so you know who to look for and feel more comfortable. When they got done, my grumpy father in law thanked me for calling them!!!! They went above and beyond in so many ways!! They are our no. 1 go to from now on.

If you live in Illinois, you need to call Morrison for your plumbing and HVAC needs. They offer friendly and professional service. Morrison is also affordable! That was a big selling point for me.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and had tried to fix it myself. Well, that did not work out so I called Morrison. I am so glad that I did. They were prompt and efficient! The technician did a great job and fixed my problem. He also gave me sound advice to prevent the issue from happening again.

I will always call Morrison Plumbing from now on when I have plumbing and HVAC issues.

After having a joke of a company here yesterday, i called Morrison. They came same day. They fixed the issue and did so while keeping everything clean. From shoe boots to plastic for the floor, even having their own buckets go figure. Never use action mechanical they are bbb nightmare. call Morrison and ask for Jon Dale. He was very professional and effective .

I don't give five stars often, but Morrison Plumbing is what customer service is about. I am new to Belleville area, 2-3 days in my new home and I have water that I figured out is condensation leaking from the A/C that is in my crawl space attic.

I have a home warranty (won't mention who), and they referred me to 4 different companies none of which would come out on Memorial Day to make the repair. As the wet area grew down the hall and into master bedrooms I decided to do what I always do, go to Yelp.

I left a message, and actually received a return call in less than an hour. Two hours later Mark cracked pipe fixed leak fixed. Fair price for immediate service on a holiday. This is my plumber now. Suggest you give them a try. When your overwhelmed you will be in good hands.

I would steer clear of this company.

Called them for a simple toilet rebuild, and within minutes of arrival the plumber was trying to talk me into doing a toilet replacement.

When he stated the standard price was over $350; to do a toilet rebuild. I told him that was so far beyond reasonable that it wasn't happening. As he was shown the door he said the best he could do was take off $50. That offended me even more because if you can knock off $50 its not a standard price.

Called around other plumbers and received quotes for well under $100 less than what they were saying the job would take.

After another plumbing service came out and could not clear the stoppage I was skeptical. The tech that cane out was positive,friendly, professional and never doubted that he would not be able to clear the stoppage. We were beyond pleased. Highly recommend!!!
4/12/18. We had another plumbing issue today. I called at 7:45 a.m at 8:45 a tech was at my house and fixed the problem. They are through, Professional and most of all reasonably priced. I received a text with not only the techs phone number but also his picture so I knew exactly who I was dealing with. I can't speak highly enough of Stephen, the young man who took care of our issue!

If I could do less than 1 star I would. We had Morrison come out for an estimate for a whole house plumbing job. Upon their arrival we were grilled on the circumstances for which we needed the work done, for instance, if it was our home to live in or sell or rent, if we had anyone else come to give us an estimate, if this was our first home purchase...etc. very unprofessonal. After we went through and discussed all that was needed he advised us the cost would be somewhere (this is funny) between $7,000 and $12,000 dollars.. really! That is the most ridiculous thing i ever heard they give a $5,000 window...

Also we actually did have another estimate, even though we said we did not. It was $3,200.00!!

I am writing this review in the hope that some elderly or unknowing person will read and get a second opinion before hiring these jerks!!

Best company around. All the technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. The office staff is great and their prices are very reasonable for the service that they provide. Highly recommend Morrison Plumbing to everyone!
