We had Morris Plumbing install a split AC unit. They were fantastic. From their response on the initial phone call to the rep's visit and recommendations, they were extremely responsive. Chris arrived on time (a big plus for me). He gave us excellent advice, a true expert. They coordinated installation at my convenience. Manny and Dan installed the units -again - arrived on-time. They said 7AM - and they were unpacking their equipment by 6:55. Both of them were so nice and friendly. Their work was clean and even suggested wrapping the units since the hardwood floors were going to be refinished the next day. Excellent idea! saved us a lot of headache if all that dust got in the units.
Would DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN!!!!

I had Morris Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning work on my AC unit last year, 2022. They diagnosed and installed a new coil on inside. Long story short, there was some miscommunication between myself and Morris about follow-up work. Owner, Russ Hancock, personally reached out to explain the situation and worked very hard to stand by the original work and followed up to ensure everything was done correctly. High standards and company with integrity that strive for excellence.

Had a difficult time deciding what AC units would be best for a 40 year old house, having HVAC installed was not an option. I had heard about Mitsubishi Air Conditioning units and was anxious to find a company that could do the install. Morris Heating and Air Conditioning was the company of choice. Free estimate and a date to begin work, installed In three days and had four units installed. Came early in the morning and left by mid-late afternoon, They were friendly, courteous, and at the end of the work day, you wouldn't even had known they were here. Their workmanship was top notch, and they were well informed on the product. They gave a small tutorial in the end of installation and left us with all our questions answered. I was impressed. Thank you Morris Heating and Plumbing, Cody and Manny, you two rock!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Morris Heating & Air. They installed several ductless mini-split AC units in our home in May. From the initial visit to discuss options, to the installation itself, we found them to be professional, responsive and meticulous with their work. We were eager to complete the installation prior to a trip (during their busy season) and they graciously accommodated us by sending in a whole crew on a Saturday morning, and they were finished by the afternoon. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work and products they installed. I highly recommend them!

I have a chronic disease that is adversely affected by heat and humidity. Therefore, when our central air decided to quit just as the season began to heat up, I went into something of a panic. I asked around for names of good HVAC contractors and heard horror story after horror story -- an unfortunate situation that we have also suffered. Finally, I resorted to looking for names online and found Morris. A few days later a technician arrived and within mere minutes diagnosed the issue. In less than an hour he had the system back up and running, just in time for another round of heat and humidity. Since then, the system has been running without a problem keeping the house comfortable.

I will also add that the technician was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. He carefully explained the issue, offered some advice as to how to prevent future problems and answered questions with easy to understand answers. I rarely offer a 5-star review, but in this case, Morris Heating and Air Conditioning fully deserves that rating.

We contacted Morris Heating & Air Conditioning to come and do a annual wellness check on our central air conditioning system. Last year, we called the company that we had been using for six years, and they never called us back. So, this year, deciding to change companies led us to Morris.

We set up a day and time, and Blaise arrived very promptly. He was pleasant and professional. He wore booties when he came into the house. We felt bad because he had to go up into our crawl space on a very warm day. He made a thorough check of our system and found no issues at this time.

The only reason we didn't give Morris a 5 is because the caption says a 5 is ""as good as it gets."" Not sure about that, but we were pleased with the service. We plan to use Morris Heating & Air Conditioning again in the future.

I became a Morris customer in December 2017 by having a tune-up done on my furnace.Shortly thereafter I chose to get a service plan with them and it turned out to be a great decision.In January 2018 we had a stretch of record setting cold weather and my furnace was acting erratically causing the temperature in my house to drop.Calls for heating problems at this time were crazy but Morris Heating took excellent care of me.From the women in the office, Heather and Caitlin who took my calls for service to Christos who fixed the problem this operation is top notch.

We had our equipment serviced and had nothing but problems the days following, they did send techs out to our house in Georgetown quickly to diagnose and fix the problem but within an hour after leaving a new issue would show. Ended up having another company come and fix the issue within minutes and while talking to them I found out some of the stuff the guys from Morris told us was actually incorrect which make sense because Morris kept trying to sell us a new gas/ac heating unit which we didn't need just yet. Goes without saying I will be canceling our service plan with them.

I have had a few HVAC and plumbing technicians over the years at my home and was never completely satisfied. Had an office miscommunication on the first visit from Morris Plumbing and Heating. Tim Morris called immediately, apologized and came back out to our home personally. Not only did he come out once but a second time with Mike Burns. It was clear that Tim knows duct work with his eyes closed and Mike knows furnace/boiler work above and beyond. We decided to go with Morris Heating and Air Conditioning to fix our furnaces and duct work as we had heard so many fantastic things even after the minor miscommunication . Mike Burns has exceeded my confidence. He's an exceptional team member to represent Morris Heating and Air Conditioning. He is one in a million! He is highly professional, highly knowledgeable, patient with any questions, and clearly very concerned that we are happy with the outcome before he and the Morris Team leaves. Mike took care of our boiler problems and piping with ease and is also a great teacher for his apprentices. Mike also took the time to explain everything and made sure that the duct work that another Morris team was working on was up to par. Mike made sure everything was clean and picked up! He has the highest of standards and exemplifies high quality in everything he does. He goes above and beyond and that simply you can only find far and few between! Hoping Mike services our home for many years to come. Tim Morris hold onto him any way you can! Looking forward to working with all of you for many years to come!
