GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! Mr. Morris Arrive 2hrs early. Identified the problem and quoted a price that was more than fair for the work needed to be done. After locating the main sewage clean on the property, he discussed the causes and made sure I understood what he was going to be doing. Within 35min. he said you are good to go (LOL). Thank You again Sir!!!!

I feel very betrayed and disappointed by this company. I had to rely on them to give me good advice as I live 2000 miles from my rental property in Lithonia Georgia. Part of the work he did as far as cleaning out the crawl space that was filled with water trash debris was done well but as far as installing faucets and giving me good advice about a drain in a tub Plus recommending a heating and air person who obviously didn't know what they were doing I have to give them this review. I actually had chosen them from Yelp based on other reviews but I'm thoroughly disappointed in the type they work they did also they did not give me an invoice outlining all the repairs which I asked for a newborn's equations.

Wow, Morris provides amazing service. My gas hot water heater was old with rust coming through the faucets. I contacted Morris that afternoon and he assured me that he would install the hot water heater by the end of the day. He was very professional and is skilled at what he does. Not only will you get quality service but also someone that is very reliable and offers a great price!!

He initially was on time and professional but the second time he came to give me a quote then completely disappeared never to return any of my calls. Very unprofessional and unethical! I don't recommend for any services

Kitchen pipe sprung a leak in the middle of the day. What to do. To make matters worse the leak was behind the shut off valve and I didn't know any other way to shut it off. Covered the pipe with towel, grabbed my laptop and starting looking for a plumber ASAP. First three plumbers I called were bigger companies with 24 hour service. Well I guess that claim is open to interpretation because none of them could get to me that day. One company even told me it would be three days before they could send someone out. HELLO I HAVE A SHOWER IN MY KITCHEN. Frustrated, I called the water company to shut off my water. After taking a moment to calm myself, I decided to try one more time. I said a prayer and called upon my ancestors for direction. That next call was Morris Plumbing and Sewer. He was able to get to me in a timely manner. He actually arrived at the same time the water company showed up to turn off my water. He quickly identified the problem and was able to turn the water off at the source which still allowed me to have water in the rest of the house. He gave me a reasonable quote and returned the next day with the part needed to complete the job. Mr. Morris was fast and fair. Service was excellent. I will definitely use him for all of my plumbing needs and recommend you do the same.
