A complete SCAMMER. Do not work with them. I mistakenly paid $ so that they can buy the materials for my screens. They never came back to do any work. They scheduled to do work and never showed up. I tried calling them to find out what's up, and they didn't get back to me until after 3 days later.

We hired Daniel to help remodel a flip we purchased. From day one he hounded us for more money and more money. Everything he did we had to redo or correct. Do not hire this company or you will be as sorry as we are for losing over 10k. Also, he is not licensed as he claims or we would have already put a lien on him.

Vanished after taking money and leaving materials in yard. My front porch is half built and dangerous to use. My new back door is leaning against a tree. He will keep talking about and planning jobs but not finish. I can't contact. I don't know if the guy is dead or run off back to Florida. Don't give him a penny til job is complete, or don't let the scammer in your property. Morris Maintenance Service is quite possibly a criminal organization.

I found this person on Angi I needed roof repairs. I should have known something was not done wrong because he was only at my home for less than two hours. But since he seemed to know what he was doing I had him do my mom's roof repairs. When it rained both of our roofs still leaked. Called him he was coming to check it out never showed up and haven't heard anything back. The first red flag was ge had me cancel the jb on Angi and pay directly. Don't trust him his name is Mike.

We actually got him to show up and start work but we quickly regeted it .He got us out of a lot of money about $6,000 destroyed everything in my home all the work that he done has to be fixed .he has no idea what he is doing call us every other day demanding more money kept telling us we didn't understand the process straw that broke the camel's back was he cussed my wife so when he got fired he threatened to come and tear everything up at my house. .

Took my deposit for a roof replacement and disappeared. Ignored/avoided calls and texts for weeks after taking the deposit and extremely hard to get in touch with. He could not provide any proof that he funds he took actually went towards materials for the roof at all. Texted me that a truck was coming one day with roofing supplies and that truck never showed - radio silence for an entire week after that, then sent a text with excuses and offered to refund me. Tried tirelessly for a month to get my deposit back, going back and forth with him, then he wrote me a bad check that bounced. To this day, have yet to receive my deposit back to the method of payment in which we used. Do not trust this company, there are other reviews just like mine on Yelp and we will be reporting his company to the licensing board as well as filing legal charges for check fraud. 1 month is long enough to get someones deposit back after not starting and/or completing a job. Extremely unprofessional and a time waster.

Hounded me for a deposit like he was desperate for cash then I didn't hear from him. I asked for a refund and he came out the next day and put a big hole in the wall left a big mess then left saying he was going to Lowes. I never heard back from him and he never gave me back my deposit nor completed any work. He has a history of scamming people and his other business Kaps Structural Solutions has an F rating at the BBB.
