In 1934, a small plumbing shop and scrap metal yard was founded by Morris Levin and his son, George, along old Hwy 99 in Tulare, CA. They soon discovered that their services were in high demand, and their commitment to hard work fostered a loyal customer base and a strong reputation for quality and service. Over the years, George Levin expanded the family business into a diverse operation, including hardware stores, rental centers, and services in A/C, heating, electrical, plumbing, and underground work.
