Like other heating and air companies in Charlotte, Morris-Jenkins operated Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with limited emergency services outside those hours when Dewey took charge in 1990.

To better serve customers, Morris-Jenkins became the first heating and air company to provide evening and weekend service at no extra cost.

As president of Morris-Jenkins, Dewey Jenkins is focused on making the customer experience straightforward.
