Dewey has upheld Luther's commitment to honesty while introducing a new principle: simplify the customer experience.

Morris-Jenkins, like its competitors in Charlotte, was open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and offered minimal emergency services after hours when Dewey assumed control in 1990.

Morris-Jenkins was the pioneer in offering evening and weekend service at no extra charge to meet customer demands.
