Professional group from the supervisor that came the day before to review the work that needed to be done to the 2 guys that came to install the new electric hot water heater and remove the old venting and cap the gas line. Small problem detected after they left and came back the same day to resolve. Employees were very professional and left a clean work area before they left.
Highly recommend this company. Bill was exactly what they said it would be from the estimate.

Horrible, just horrible!
They replaced stems in our bathroom that started leaking within 6 months.
Parts were warrantied for 1 year; Morningside wouldn't stand by warranty.
Avoid this place at ALL costs.

Terrible. Asked multiple times to come fix toilet flush valve. Never could fix it properly said it couldn't be fixed Put the wrong type of pipe on my tub and and caused rust in the water and corrosion of the pipe. Called another company and both problems were fixed immediately

Initial job was done efficiently and reasonably priced for service. The problem came after the fact. Our houses plumbing now vibrates pretty violently when any water is used (toilet, sink, shower,etc). It did not do this before the work was done. I explained my predicament to this company a few days later and was given a work ticket for them to come back out. Waited all day that day for them to come , no call or show up. Just left in the dark. We just want help with a plumbing issue just like all their customers.. very dissatisfied overall.
