Excellent Service Company. My hot water heater thermal expansion tank developed a leak after hours causing continuous leaking of water (thankfully I had a catch pan under the heater and outside drain so no floor damage :-) I called the Emergency After Hours Number for Morningside Plumbing and promptly got a a call back from the Service Manager, Josh. He was at my home within little over an hour. He had the necessary part on the truck and got the problem quickly fixed. He was polite, pleasant, attentive, helpful and explained things clearly. Answered a follow up question on the next day. Perfect experience from start to finish. Can't say enough nice things about this company! Very professional and customer service oriented!

We were having a leak with an old toilet and decided to have a new one installed. I submitted a contact form on Morningside Plumbing's website on Saturday 2/29. On Monday morning, I called to make sure they received it and she confirmed they had. She got me on the schedule the very next day from 12 pm to 2 pm. Dawn called me and let me know they were approx. 5 minutes from my house. I was at my office in Sandy Springs and no one was at my house yet. Josh from Morningside Plumbing called me when he arrived. When I explained it would be approx. 15-20 minutes before anyone arrived, he said no problem, that he would wait. Now THAT is awesome customer service. He confirmed he didn't have an appointment following me and he was happy to wait. He removed the old toilet, installed the new one and investigated the cause for the leak. And he called me to walk me through the charges/cost, which was reasonable considering all they were doing. He also asked about my water bill, a previous issue he was helping me with. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Josh and Morningside Plumbing. They are now on """"speed dial"""" for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you Morningside Plumbing!!

Steven installed a new bidet seat (Toto Washlet) this morning. An earlier plumber looked at the seat and tripled his estimate for replacing it. Steve examined things and then showed me we needed a $6.80 extension to hook it into the back of the toilet. The price was reasonable and they didn't increase it for coming back to finish the install. It's not just Steve. The woman in the office rescheduled us twice without complaint. Morningside plumbing is competent, prompt, and ethical. I recommend them to homeowners in Midtown Atlanta--and anywhere else.

Used these guys before, but I sent an email from their website for an estimate on a project today at 8 am. Didn't hear from anyone by 10 am, so I called their office and spoke to a woman, she said she would call me right back. It is now 5 pm, no call, no email. Maybe these guys are getting to big for us local clients ?

$$$$$. Get ready to pay double what it should cost! I could not get a quote on the phone for a faucet installation and removal of drain clog in kitchen. It was uncomplicated and cost $600.

I used Morningside Plumbing for a complete repipe. The scope of work also included a new water service, gas line, & sewer line. Paul Wimpy is a man of his word & a true professional. He came out and gave me a fair bid & performed every detail as expected. I would recommend this company with no hesitation. For sure my go to plumber in Atlanta for any renovation I do in the future.

Would recommend these guys all day long! They came out today for what we all thought was a simple """"reset"""" of a toilet in our guest bathroom - well once Stephen (from Morningside) got to the house and took a look at it... We all quickly realized it would be a much larger job... They called in another person to help late on a Friday afternoon to make sure that the toilet was working for the weekend-Never made us feel bad for being so late on a Friday... They just wanted to make sure it was done and done right... Would recommend these guys all day long!
