I live in a older home in Peachtree Hills. My old sewer pipe from my house to the street finally gave out ...I looked at numerous web sites and got several estimates. After I met Paul from Morningside Plumbing I knew right away who I wanted to do the job! He accessed my problem and gave me a fair price for the work. (especially compared to some of the """"larger"""" plumbing companies wanted ) ... I like to give business to family owned, local businesses and Paul is the perfect example of the reason to do that! Paul says it like it is and then does exactly he says he's going to do..He is a very stand up and honorable businessman and is completely good for his word. He brought his crew to my house on Saturday ( which I'm not sure they usually do) and completed the job well and for exactly what he said it would cost.. I usually don't put a lot of faith in these reviews, but believe me when I say that I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Paul and Morningside Plumbing to ANYONE!

Dan did a fantastic job for us. I called at 8am, he was there by 8:30 and the hot water heater was replaced and functioning again by noon. The price was more than 30% less than the other quote I received. Morningside just became my go-to plumbers.

We had a quote in hand from Morningside Plumbers for replacing the pipes that had been draining slowly in our front yard. They had already submitted the lowest bid, but we were waiting to have the work done. Well the house backed up entirely on us forcing us to act fast. We called at the company 10pm on a Friday and the drain pipe in our front yard was replaced by 1pm the next day. They were fast, friendly, and professional. As a bonus, they were half the price of our first quote!

MORINGSIDE PLUMBING Great Job at a good price. Replace all our 40 year old copper pipe with new red and blue PEX. Had repaired pin hole leaks for years. I think this will last for ever. The two guys that did the work were clean and respectful of my property. The cost & workmanship was fair and better then other bids I got. I had a minor change the needed to be done a week after the work. They came back, no problem.

Had a good experience talking with Paul about my plumbing issues and got a good vibe from him when he came out to evaluate and estimate our job. Raoul and his assistant came out to today to get our most critical issue taken care of: finishing the incomplete installation of our new vanity. The contractor who did our bathroom remodel had given up on the vanity installation after realizing the previous pipe configuration was not going to work with our new vanity which was 36"""" high compared to our previous at 30"""". There was a shelf on the vanity right in front of our old pipe preventing us from putting in a p-trap. Purchasing a new vanity was not an option since our new vessel sink was glue to the old already and a hole had already been made in the furniture for the sink drain, so the furniture could not be salvaged. Raoul and his assistant moved our vent stack up, and ran new plumbing through our wall. They connected the custom plumbing components we had purchased, and were able to remove and replace the marble tile where the previous pipe had been. They executed this delicate tile work to absolute perfection. Pricing was a steal for the quality of the work and service.

These guys are everything wrong with the industry. Charge you a fee to show up, """"credit"""" that fee towards the work and then over charge the installation. After they left, my problem reoccurred immediately. It felt like I was scammed out of my money. I was upset enough to call the """"owner"""" only to find he was the one I was already dealing with... Stay away and find someone on Angie's List. Ultimately, I am the one that is responsible but was desperate for a resolution to my problem. It would be easier to find an ethical contractor that you can trust.
