Horrendous! Does not know anything about high efficiency systems even tho he says he does. Had this company (owner) replace the tank to my system that had cracked. Flooded the room that the tank was in because of a non existent drain. Then dumped the scolding hot water all over my lawn and burnt it and then could not figure out how to connect the temperature probes. Over 2700 dollars later and I am still having problems with the install. For example, they installed the temperature probe so far up the pipe that the water was cold in minutes because it was in a pipe and not the tank. This caused my boiler to run for triple the time it should have. Thank god I have found a company now that knows what they are doing and can fix all of this companies deficiencies as they come. STAY AWAY!

Dealt with owner of company came in to diagnose issue on boiler. pilot was not staying on.
first time came in replaced thermocouple and vacuumed inside boiler .said there was a leak that he repaired.. that was charged as a service call.... the issue was not fixed. had to call again and he back on a Friday and said that since its not the thermocouple it must be the valve. I advised that both of these were replaced last year and I had no reason to believe it was the issue. he insisted he had to replace these ... Over the weekend still was not working and I discovered a leak ...the pilot flame would not be staying up since it was not strong enough. Called him over the weekend left two messages ... DID NOT CALL ME BACK...Monday called me back and said he does not work weekends... Horrible answer especially after not fixing the issue . He came back and fixed the leak could not explain why it was that boiler flame was not strong enough. after replacement it worked for a couple of days and stopped working again. this time I did not call him again since saw it was useless.. I researched on line and discovered that the orifice had to be cleaned in order for flame to be stronger. After doing that on my own it fixed the issue... So this makes me think that the plumber / owner with decades experience either did not know this or did not want to fix the issue and just replaced all parts to charge me more. In either case this is unacceptable. Furthermore not calling back a customer is also unacceptable. Do not recommend this company to anyone!
