They came out same day and fixed a leaky faucet that had been driving me crazy for months!!!! I also had a problematic toilet which they fixed in a few minutes and waived that charge. I would definitely recommend them. Melanie

I had a leaking hot water heater. A friend recommended Claude Morgan to fix my problem. He installed a new heater as per code and also added a valve to reduce the water pressure - everything at a reasonable price. I really appreciated his prompt and professional service and recommend his work.

Claude morgan came out and replaced my water heater with a full code upgrade for well below what the big companies quoted me. He was timely and personable. I would definitely recommend him. I've had him out since twice for sink and toilet issues. Always the fairest pricing.

I had a similar experience to the people below. Mr. Morgan was friendly enough, but in the end, he ended up being a complete waste of money. He bid on a job, then got in the middle of it and claimed it would be a lot more work to fix (extra 10K) the """"right"""" way. I was in a bad position with no water or plumbing, so I wrote him a deposit check and he was to start the next day. Overnight, I researched the issue and the next day I had 3 reputable plumbers come out to look at the job. All three gave the same opinion and said Mr. Morgan was just trying to get one over on me or didn't know what he was doing. I offered Mr. Morgan the opportunity to fix the issue as the other plumbers recommended and he refused, saying it wasn't possible and he wouldn't warranty that job because it was a band-aid. I stopped work with Mr. Morgan and despite the job not being complete in any fashion, he demanded payment in full. I cut my losses and paid him. I had someone else come out to do the """"impossible"""" job. They removed everything Mr. Morgan did and had me up and running in 2 days. Everything has been fine ever since. Fast forward to this week, about a month and a half or so later...He attempted to cash the original deposit check for the job that he NEVER BEGAN. I hope it was a mistake, but I gave him an opportunity to explain himself and he didn't. It was NOT a small check and he was supposed to get rid of it. You have been warned.

Reported these guys to the BBB. We called Morgan's for a leak in the yard. They repaired it for $750. Started leaking again within 24 hours. They came back out days later and dug it up again and found another leak within 6"""" of their first repair. They agreed to repair for free but only after my wife threw a fit about paying for them to do the repair that they should have done the first time. They left and within an hour we had old faithful erupting again in our yard... ten times worse than the initial leak. We called Claude back and he chewed us out about no more free repairs...said we needed to replace whole line for $2,400. I called Pikes plumbing. They dug it up and showed me where it was leaking RIGHT FROM the MORGAN REPAIR. Morgan hadn't tightened down the threaded repair coupling that joined the two lines together. I hate to say this was an intentional set up to sucker us into the initial $750 plus the $2,400 later but it looks highly suspicious. Pike repaired it for $300, which we Learned is the going rate for these repairs (totally ripped us off for the $750 initial repair) and told us no need to replace the whole pipe unless it ruptured in ANOTHER location. Pike was extremely prompt friendly and honest and they would come with my highest recommendation. I would give careful consideration before doing business with Morgan. We reported them to the BBB in case anyone else has the same experience.

Claude Morgan is a very nice friendly person. First time I hired him was to replace an Hose Bibb outside, did good job. This time I had a major leak in master bedroom shower. Lots of water damage outside siding. Contractor told me It was a leak in the pipes in the shower. since the siding had to come down, it could be fixed from outside. I Called Morgan plumbing to check it out. He told me I had a cracked shower pan, showed me a picture and would have to repair from inside, tearing up the recently added stone tiles. My contractor could not stop laughing. He sent over one of his plumbers who solderd one pipe connection and fixed the leak, from inside the shower. No damage to tiles. If I used Morgan and replaced the pan (that is not cracked) I would still have had the leak.
