I first learned about Morganzed Plumbing from the original owner of my home, who highly recommended Morgan. From my first experience, I instinctively trusted Morgan -- not only because of his professionalism and care, but also because of the results of his work. He consistently went above and beyond what was requested, explaining very clearly the root cause of the plumbing issues, and providing an efficient solution.

Most recently, I used Morganized plumbing for a large project on my hillside, burying a water line. Morgan impressed me by his thoughtfulness and consideration, not only of myself, but also my neighbors.

When one neighbor became highly reactive, threatening and abrasive (because of a simple, albeit unanticipated situation), Morgan even served as a peacemaker. He corrected the problem immediately, off working hours. Morgan's integrity spoke louder than my neighbor's reactivity, and he served as an exceptional plumber and a peacemaker!

As someone who appreciates professionalism and respect, I recommend Morgan and his team 100%, without any doubt or reservation whatsoever.

12/29/2018: I feel so fortunate that a neighbor contacted Morgan when other plumbers were unresponsive due to the holiday weekend. A sudden plumbing emergency today Saturday in my 2nd-floor condo's kitchen & bath sinks turned out to be complicated to analyze with roof & garage pipe rotor rooting work requiring hours. I was extremely grateful to have the dedicated, brilliant, prompt owner Morgan, by far the most amazing plumber I've ever worked with over the past 5 decades. He arrived within ten minutes of the call at 12:30. With only a 20 minute break, he worked alone for hours to overcome various technical challenges until the blockage was traced to the building garage and removed. He carefully cleaned up the building and my condo before departing at 8 PM! Morgan is a consummate professional who kindly prevented this senior citizen from suffering from medical issues which would have arisen with any delay in resolution until Monday. Morganized Plumbing deserves 10 stars for intelligence, quality work, consideration, trustworthiness, and communication skills (Morgan respectfully kept me informed every step of the way). If every company operated at this high level, life would be a lot less stressful.

What a disappointment! I went with these guys through a family recommendation, and was really hoping a better experience considering. They were quick to come out and get paid for the initial service call, but were entirely unresponsive when follow up was needed due to something that wasn't entirely fixed in the first place. Unacceptable!

Nice people on the phone in person, that's why I gave them 2 stars.

Performance? Terrible. They wasted weeks on a bathroom remodel. Had everything demo'd, pipes exposed, guy looked it over and said they'd give an estimate. After two weeks nothing. Since I was out of town for some of that time I gave them a pass and called to see if they wanted a second chance. They gave apologies and sent out the same guy out for an estimate on a Wednesday. He says they will have an estimate to me Thursday afternoon. Thursday nothing. Friday nothing. The weekend came and past and still nothing.

I used these guys on a small kitchen faucet issue in the past and they were fine. I think that's what they are okay for. Anything bigger than that they apparently get concerned/confused and can't react in a reasonable amount of time. If your job is bigger than a basic fix definitely pass on these guys. I'm a GC and should have known better, but let a friend convince me to use them because they had great pricing. Well, the time lost ate up in price savings.

I wish I could give Morganized plumbing more than 5 stars. These guys are great! I recently purchased a new home and the water heater had to be replaced. My realtor recommended them to me.

Long story short, because the old water was grandfathered in; the new one had to be up to code. These guys not only have to replace the water heater, but to run a new T&P discharge line & drip pan line from upstairs to the basement. They had to drill through concrete to get to the basement of our condo.

I called Amy and asked her to set an appointment up 2 weeks earlier and to call me ta few days before to confirm. Which she did!

On the day of, Enrique and David called me while 30 mins out and said that they were on their way. When they arrived, they immediately got to work after scoping out where the water heater was. The removal and installation of the water heater took about half the day, the remaining was adding the discharge and drip pan to the basement. Their goal was to try to get the project done in 2 days.

On the second day they ran into an issue drilling through the concrete. They called Morgan and he came by to scope out the issue. Morgan was very friendly and knowledgeable. They told me it was going to take another day to finish the project. The whole project took 3 days. A week later they scheduled an appointment to get the water heater permitted. I met Morgan and he just did some final inspections prior to the inspector coming. The inspection took 10 mins and passed with flying colors.

Overall I can't recommend these guys enough! These guys are friendly and know their stuff. I can see that Morgan is passionate about the quality of his work and his employees.

I purchased a new home recently and in the first day of move in, the gas company would not turn in the gas because there was a leak somewhere that could not be identified. I panicked and went to help to find a good local plumber. I called Morganized first and was able to speak to Morgan. It was already 2:30 pm but he assured me he'd get someone out that day. Less than an hour later, the plumber arrived and started checking the pipes. He was able to guess the location within 15 minutes. There was some bad piping leading off the main house to the garage that needed to be capped off. He had to have another guy come out to help him test but after capping, the leak was mostly gone but still showing a small leak. As a new home owner with two young children, I didn't want to risk it so they continued to search for the leak. They located it under the house and needed to come back the next morning to repair. Gas company came out that day and was able to turn it on after testing. All in all, the entire experience was extremely professional and their expertise was unquestionable. I was so happy to have it repaired so quickly and at a reasonable cost. Hopefully in the future I'll be able to use them again since I need repiping and water heater replacement.
