This is the only plumber I intend to use in the future! Morgan, the head guy, went above and beyond to help me when my tankless water heater stopped working. He was determined to get me hot water and was even willing to install another heater while the parts were needed to repair mine. He is both highly responsive and extremely empathetic in trying to restore hot water to your residence. I have added his business in my old fashioned rolodex under the heading 'plumber' because this is the kind of service to which I'd like to become accustomed.

I have to go five stars. Plugged kitchen sink. A call to my landlord's plumber who, it turns out, has sold his company to Morganized. They squeeze me into the schedule. Same day. He comes later than scheduled, but he comes. It's Morgan. He clears the drain, paying attention to not making a mess.
Based on this experience, I would definitely call Morganized again.

I usually never write reviews but I have to say these guys definitely deserve every star. I own a 1930's two story Spanish house that had clogged drain in bath of our master bath. After having to different company's come out and try to snake the lines they both told me I had to open my walls/ceiling to access the drain line to repair.I would do anything to avoid that nightmare. I happen to explain the situation to my friend Aaron at Koontz hardware(he's the best) he highly recommended Morganized Plumbing. So I called them they sent out their crew I believe it was Jose. This guy knew what he was doing, he reversed snaked the line from underneath the house and cleared the line and replaced a a small section of drain works better than ever now!
Can't say enough how professional these guys are for plumbers, I highly recommend them for any job!

I love Morgan and his team. They are professional, responsive and trustworthy!
I use them for my home and my office.
No need to look anywhere else.

A quick two thumbs up for Morgan and Ricardo! Over the last year or so, they've replaced a toilet, snaked our vintage pipes, and installed two faucets and a water filter system. These were all done with great skill and at reasonable cost. A first class company from front office phone calls to Morgan's expertise and Ricardo's work ethic and friendly disposition. They've certainly earned all these great reviews.

I originally called Roto Rooter because they give free estimates. Well, their free estimate was about three times what I ultimately paid Morganized.
Ricardo came out to unclog my kitchen drain and also repaired the pipe immediately under my sink in record time. I was also very much impressed with Ricardo's level of politeness, professionalism and tidiness.
I will not hesitate to call Morganized again and will definitely ask for Ricardo when I do.

Morganized Plumbing got their guys out to our place a couple of days after I called. Ricardo and Adan did an amazing job of figuring out the problem and repairing it perfectly. They were super quick, very sweet, on time, and now we are happily leakless!
Thanks Ricardo and Adan again for the great work!

Great service from the first call with Lisa to the onsite work with Ricardo. Quick, knowledgable and friendly.

I'm pretty sure this plumbing company is as good as they get in Los Angeles (we've had an epically hard time finding ones who can hold an intelligible conversation on the phone, or even call back or show up for appointments).
I contacted Morganized through the yelp messaging service on a Saturday night, and the person who called me on Monday was patient, informed, very friendly, and professional. If I remember correctly it was Morgan himself.
He worked with me to get me an appointment within the week, and, he took the time to figure out a way to accommodate some of the more non-standard aspects of the job (I was out of town while this was taking place, so there was a lot having my mom, who was housesitting for us, send me phone photos of the sink situation, and of me them emailing them to him).
Then I was called the day before the appointment by a really, really lovely woman to confirm it. Really. I have no idea what she's on but whatever it is I want some, as her sincere, patient, warm nature just about oozed out the phone speaker. I was sorry to have to hang up the phone with her.
Finally the day was upon us, and the plumber and his assistant arrived when scheduled and they got right to work and put most of it all together without much fuss.
Then when they got to a tricky point in the process - the faucet I'd left for them to install is strange and European and has weirdo flow-restricting compression couplers - my mom had to call me to hash it out.
After about 20 minutes of back and forth calls and she and the plumbers all trying to talk to me about what COULD be wrong with the faucet, and our going round and round while I stressed that I knew EXACTLY what was wrong with the faucet (but couldn't seem to help them understand from two states over where it was, or even WHAT it was), they had to endure my desperately hollering over and over ""It's NOT the angle stops. It's NOT the flex lines! Just loosen the compression couplers!! Which compression couplers? The ones at the end of the tiny copper lines, the skinny thingies sticking out from the bottom of the faucet under the sink!! I swear, that's all you have to do! Just LOOSEN the damn things! I have to go! I'm standing dripping wet in the shower, you know, and that's so not good because I have a flight in an hour and I can't get on a flight in an hour if I'm still standing here dripping wet in the shower!!!""....
No, it wasn't easy, but eventually, after I hung up the phone, managed to get OUT of the shower, find my glasses, pull on some big girl pants, dry my hair, and pick my marbles up off the floor, I was able to call them back and figure out a way to verbally direct them to the exact location of the dratted couplers. Finally, they loosened them as I had instructed, et voila! Running water from the faucet. No leaks, No drips. Amazeballs. Seriously. So amazing.
So, to sum it all up, they successfully hooked up a faucet (that when installed in a standard way is absolutely determined to not dispense water) to a farmhouse sink that is barely big enough to accommodate the only garbage disposal outside of Europe that has the right-sized flange for it, all while my mom (I'm assuming) chattered away with them non-stop from beginning to end and my cats (presumably) walked all over them (literally), AND while I hollered at them like I was a veritable bag of mixed nuts about compression couplers, and flex lines, and running late for flights and my unfortunately unclothed state (again, I'm really sorry); Yeah. they definitely deserve five stars for putting up with all that. :)
By the by, I did actually make that flight (with big ol' florescent yellow ""late check in"" tags slapped on my bags) and so far the sink, drain, disposal et. al has been a total dream. I'm so happy with it, and so relieved it all worked out. And at a fair price too, I should add.
Hurrah for working plumbing and patient, understanding, and competent plumbers! Thanks again Morganized!

Morgan was outstanding, very fast and really cared about taking care of us as a client. His pricing is reasonable and he is very honest. My wife and I highly recommend him and his company for any plumbing needs. You shouldn't call anyone else!
