Another great service experience with Morganized last week. I ordered a new tub fixture to replace an old one that I thought was a lost cause. I scheduled Morganized for the installation. Morgan called me beforehand and, in talking with him, it was clear that I had purchased the wrong type of fixture. Morgan sent William out though and William informed me that I just needed to replace the handles, not the whole fixture. William had some handles that would fit in his truck (but they weren't the most attractive). I told him to go ahead and install them...better to have a working tub I thought. The next day Morgan called to say that he had gone out and purchased the exact handles I previously had and would send William to install them. Amazing! And I was even more pleased when I got the bill to see how much money I saved by just replacing the handles.

This company was so refreshingly honest I was almost in disbelief. I called them on a Sunday afternoon with a semi-urgent situation. They could have charged me time-and-a-half for a diagnostic visit just to say they couldn't get the right part until Monday. Instead, the owner said he wouldn't want to schedule ""a wasted trip"" only to come back the next day. What's that? A plumber actually SAVING a customer money?! Not only that, I was charged less for labor than the actual length of the visit. They fixed the problem, of course. These guys are honest, good at their job, and understand good customer service. I will not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone!

I didn't have a great experience with these guys. For starters I think it's a really small outfit so you may have to wait a few days to get an appointment. My issue wasn't an emergency so I was willing to wait. When they did show up they fixed the first problem (a stuck garbage disposal) lickety split. The second problem was a running toilet. It was clear that the problem was a bad seal at the bottom of the tank and the solution was to simply replace the worn out o-ring. Unfortunately they didn't have the right size o-ring on the truck so we agreed they would come back early the following week. When I never heard from them I left them a voicemail at the office...then another voicemail...then a voicemail on Morgan's cell phone...finally (10 days after they first showed up) I got the receptionist on the phone and insisted that they come back and complete the (10-minute) job the very next day. They never came. So I called Riordan Plumbing, who I've had great success with, and they came right out and fixed the problem.

Called this morning and he came out on the same day. Great service, excellent work. Honest, reasonably priced - excellent work ethic. Morgan will be coming back to do a lot of work on my old house from 1927. Finally a plumber I can trust. Thank you!

What can I say that hasn't been said? Morganized Plumbing is the best. They have done over 20 jobs for me, and Morgan and his team are the only plumbers I've met who are equally skilled, honest, efficient, timely, communicative, affordable, and available. From repairing a clogged toilet, to replacing an entire sewer line, to repairing water heater leaks, Morgan has always gotten the job done to perfection. Thank you!!!

We have had Morgan and co. out for several different plumbing problems and he/they are always fast, friendly, figure out the problem and fix it. He has fixed: a toilet, a Jacuzzi tub wand, repaired a leaking pipe then shut down others when we decided to re-pipe our house. His prices are very reasonable too. When we re-do our bathroom he will be the one we call to do all the plumbing!!

We love Morgan! We called him at 10pm on a Sunday night because all of the sudden our ceiling over our bed started leaking! We were so frantic, we had no idea what to do. I looked on yelp, called morgan, and what a saint he is! He came over right away, when I know he was in bed when I called. He was on our roof in no time to figure out that it was our water heater that was leaking. He fixed the leak that night...or else our house wouldve been floating. He was able to come back the next day to get the water heater replaced, which is no easy task since ours is placed on top of our house, on the roof!

He is honest, easy going, and he knows what he is doing. We will forever use morgan for any and all of our plumbing issues. Love him!

Morgan to the rescue!!!

Got a call from my daughter in WeHo at 10 pm that her shower wouldn't turn off. I live in SF, so no driving over to help! She called Morgan and he was there in five minutes, had the water turned off in four! Fixed the broken stem and caulked it up nicely! This is a big THANK YOU to Morgan. You are our hero!
