I purchased a new home recently and in the first day of move in, the gas company would not turn in the gas because there was a leak somewhere that could not be identified. I panicked and went to help to find a good local plumber. I called Morganized first and was able to speak to Morgan. It was already 2:30 pm but he assured me he'd get someone out that day. Less than an hour later, the plumber arrived and started checking the pipes. He was able to guess the location within 15 minutes. There was some bad piping leading off the main house to the garage that needed to be capped off. He had to have another guy come out to help him test but after capping, the leak was mostly gone but still showing a small leak. As a new home owner with two young children, I didn't want to risk it so they continued to search for the leak. They located it under the house and needed to come back the next morning to repair. Gas company came out that day and was able to turn it on after testing. All in all, the entire experience was extremely professional and their expertise was unquestionable. I was so happy to have it repaired so quickly and at a reasonable cost. Hopefully in the future I'll be able to use them again since I need repiping and water heater replacement.

Morganized was sent out by my condo management company, without notifying me; I was charged for the visit without any work being done. Then they charged for three more visits, nearly $300 total for applying $2 worth of caulking, for a shower that is never used and was not the cause of a leak. Only by pulling away the plumbing fixtures from the wall were they able to create a leak. I was never given an estimate, nor any indication that I would be held responsible for any charges; access was provided solely as a courtesy, and with no indication of a current leak affecting the unit below. I was never given any opportunity to mitigate the charges, either. It's a poor way of doing business, both by Morganized, and Coro Management: just a rip off all the way around.

Morgan and his team have done jobs big and small around my home on many occasions. From replacing a shower head and installing a new faucet to replacing a water heater and repiping my bathroom (without disturbing any vintage 1927 tile). He's my go to. I ask my friends if they need a plumber cause I got a guy. Highly recommended.

The pros: Friendly, arrive on time and are responsive to criticism.
The cons: Ridiculously overpriced, by a factor of 4, compared to some of the competition who were just as competent.

So, if you want to blow your hard-earned money on them, thats your prerogative.

Absolutely the best plumber around! I've used Morgan for several years, for everything from clearing clogged drains to replacing fixtures, to installing hot water recirculation systems, and he and his crew have always been stellar.

I hate to say it, but there are a lot of less-than-honest plumbers out there. On two different occasions, friends have asked me for advice after they'd been told that they needed to spend thousands to fix a problem. In both cases, Morgan came out quickly and gave proper, HONEST advice. In one case, the other company had said that my friend needed to repipe their entire business and replace the hot water heater; Morgan showed them that their aerators were just clogged and that the other company had TURNED DOWN the water heater to simulate a problem. In the other instance, where a garbage disposal wasn't working and the home smelled like sewage, a plumber that was top-rated on Yelp! had told them that they needed a new disposal and pipes in their kitchen; Morgan showed them how to clear the disposal with an allen wrench at no cost.

In case that's all TL;DR: Morgan is the best. Professional, competent, and honest.

5 stars minimum!! Morganized Plumbing in my family is referred as Morganized the Magnificent or the Magnificent Plumber
We live in an smaller condo building with 12 units. A small leak was discovered in the garage, Morganized keen tech(s) located sources of the garage leak to my 3rd floor unit behind an wall. Morganized opened the wall with precision found a pin hole leaking water. The Magnificent techs did what needed to be done plumbing wise, another unique and amazing item is that not one speck of dust or dirt was noticed after they replaced the drywall cut out back in the wall with painters tape. The wall will need patching & repainting at a later date, the wall is livable as is until painting.

After many months of scalding showers, changing out shower handle valve, Morganized the Magnificent found a water flow issue, tweaked a few pipes
In the condo garage, voila NO scalding showers since.

This is my THIRD yes, 3rd review for Morganized Plumbing. Today Melvin and Francisco came to fix several things in my bathroom. Not only were they on time but I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, knowledge and efficiency. They were very helpful, friendly and polite.

Morgan has been been doing our plumbing very satisfactorily for a number of years.
Recently, an event put him at the head of the class of good plumbers. We had a mainline
sewage stoppage and two of his men came over and spent a couple of hours, but we needed an alternative solution. Morgan was kind enough to recommend a specialist who was able to solve the problem. I would not criticize him for this. Here he rose above the usual experience. He did not charge me a dollar for his time. I recommend Morgan not only for his ability shown in the past, but also for his fairness.
