Excellent excellent excellent!!! I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this company is! I started a DIY toilet install in my home which was built in the 40s. I ended up pulling up the old toilets to extremely bad flanges that could not be reused. Needless to say, I didn't know what the heck I was doing. I got myself into a very big pickle, and thought I dug myself into a very expensive plumbing remodel hole. I contacted this company and they were out first thing Monday morning. Alex was very professional and straightforward with what he had to do. 4 hours later, I had two new toilets installed! No new plumbing or unnecessary adjustments needed to be made to my existing plumbing. Thank you thank you thank you!!! I would totally recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumbing job! YOU GUYS SAVED ME HUNDREDS!!

These guys were great. They were prompt and courteous and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. They made every effort to not make a mess in my home and were able to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The only complaint I would say that I have is that I was quoted a $45 discount on my bill for being a new customer but I did not see that on my invoice. Other than that, great people and a great company!

We had our basement floor drain stop during a terrible thunderstorm, and the trickles of water coming in our old limestone wall soon flooded the basement floor. Morgan Miller Plumbing sent a repairman out at about midnight--we knew the charges would be higher--and within a half-hour he had located the problem that had been missed on three separate occasions with our usual plumbing company. (The old P trap between the floor drain and sanitary sewer trap was full of silt.) He then monitored the drain until all the water had gone down. He was friendly, polite, and thorough, checking a few other things before he left. It was well worth the money to be able to sleep that night without wondering if Noah would show up with his ark. I will hire them again when needed.

I recently had some leaking bathroom shut off valves, p trap drains and supply lines. Most plumbers said they quoted by the job not by the hour. and when asked confirmed their technicians got a commission. Since I has several items to address the ala carte billing estimates seemed quite high and I was concerned they would try and sell me things I didn't really need. Based on Yelp reviews I tried this company. They charged a trip fee and $149 per hour. They also don't pay their techs a commission to encourage sales. In 2 hours Alex changed 4 valves, 3 lines and stopped the leaks from 4 bathrooms and adjusted a pop up drain. Great work for an honest price. I just cancelled my prepaid service with another company. I have found my new plumber

I called Morgan Miller around 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, and they had a plumber at my house within the hour. He unclogged our main drain and saved the day! We greatly appreciated the prompt and thorough service. I will recommend Morgan Miller to anyone who needs a plumber.

I had a clogged drain more than 25 feet down and below the concrete flooring in my stone basement. MM Plumbing sent out ""Big Mike,"" who arrived on time, was professional and did a great job. I asked him to show me how to use the professional, 50-foot auger he leveraged to relieve the clogged pipes. He showed me every detail. When we went to the basement, he showed me where the pipes were (approximately) under the concrete, how they connected and where clogs surface. It was a great experience and I am confident that I will be able to rent a big auger next time and do the job myself. I can't say enough good things about Big Mike.

The prices were average, not outstanding, otherwise this would be a 5-star review.

Nice and polite repairman ( I had 3 different people come). We had a leak in the line to the ice maker on our fridge. The 1st repairman said it was a old filter that the guys who installed the fridge a year ago should have removed. So he removed it from the copper line and the cost was $145 which I thought OK. A few days later we realize the wet carpet is not getting better -So I call on a Saturday and the 2nd guy comes out and says it's a new leak on the shut off valve one inch below where the 1st guy took out the filter. He said he would not charge me labor but would have a after hours charge to pick up a part but he had a plastic line he would put on. I said we would wait till Monday.
Now the 3rd man comes out and replaces the copper line with a metal mesh one he says is better than the plastic or copper.
My opinion is This repair should not have had 3 visits and $205 to fix.

Another great experience with Morgan Miller. They showed up on time fixed the drips and drains and ball parked some upgrades. They also gave us a $25 discount for donating 5 cans of food. I can't think of a reason I would ever use another plumber.
