My sink wasn't working, I called, and they made a side trip at the end of their day to help. Showed up in under half an hour, very friendly and knowledgeable. Had it diagnosed and fixed in no time. Quick service fee and off they went. Just saved me a huge hassle down the line.

Jack Moretto installed our water heater, and he promised that after a year he would come back and walk us through the annual maintenance (we were first-time homeowners). A dozen calls later and still no response.

The installation experience was excellent. The follow-up was non-existent. We called someone else.

The first time I used the company I had nothing but great things to be said. I called and spoke with the owner Jack this time and he was schedule to come out to my home and give me a quote on installing a floor drain and sink in my garage. THEY NEVER showed or even bothered to call and cancel the appt with me. I took off to be there. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Impressive group! We've had them out several times now for sink and toilet issues and now last Friday for a water heater replacement. They came recommended to us from a trusty friend after we had a less than experience with the first plumber. Jack and all the employees we communicated with were so nice! He gave us an extremely fair price when we weren't sure how we would take care of the old water line leaking. This was a huge relief to us since we just had our first baby. These guys are top notch!! Blocked plumbing. I had another company come out three times charging me for each visit, saying I did not have a blockage...I called Mr. Rooter and they came out right away. They explained every thing they were doing and charged me a service fee. Final bill was inexpensive for the time they spent working on the plumbing. Service fee was deducted from final bill! I would highly recommend them to anyone that has plumbing problems. Outstanding!!

Not sure why this business has such good ratings. I called and scheduled for them to come out and give me a quote on running a gas line for my bbq and fire pit. He said he would be out on June 1st between 3 and 5 pm. At 5:10 I called to see what the delay was and was sent to his message on his phone. I left a message stating who I was, where I was located and how he told me he would show up at this time. I left my name and number for him to return the call and still haven't heard anything back as of 3pm June 2nd. Im new to the area and am told from some to expect this kind of service. I would rather take my business elsewhere that I am respected and appreciated. I absolutely would not use or reccomend Moretto Plumbing .

Had an issue with the main water feed to the house. Was given a business card for this business by the city water dept. Contacted Jack Morretto for help. Jack quickly returned my call, dispatched a technician and assessed the issue. Old underground feeder pipe for a freeze less faucet had a rusted cap; that was causing the leak. These guys were 1) quick to respond, 2) professional in appearance, had prices well within reason, and 3) provided outstanding, customer oriented service like it should be. Highly recommend them due to their all around quality service and outstanding response. Highly customer focused!! Even provided me a good price for work done because I'm a veteran. This is business the way it should be both for the business owner and the customer!!
