Tony and his son Anthony arrived within 1/2 hour of calling them. They were so nice and took the time to explore every possibility that might be causing the problem. The first company came out, stuck his head in my cabinet and said I'd have I'd have to tear out my kitchen cabinets and cut into the wall. So I really appreciated the fact that they took the time to look at everything. I will never use another plumber. Moret has a customer for life!

Mr. Moret, along with his son Anthony and associate Emile did a fantastic job on a complicated plumbing problem at my mother's house. They were on time, arrived with the right equipment and prepared to tackle to job. Also, they took time to explain what they discovered every step of the way. This wasn't an easy problem, but Moret made sure that the three of them assessed the issue before proceeding. The price was more than reasonable given the plumbing's age and position, and the fact that the toilet issue was resolved before they left. My mother felt reassured and comfortable with their approach to the problem.

I was pleased until I got home an found out they only cleaned the kitchen sink pipe, I had to call them numerous of times to get an answer. No communication & not professional at all. I thought since it was a family business I would have had a better experience. This was my first & last time. I wouldn't recommend.

Moret Plumbing is my go-to for all of my plumbing needs. They are quick to respond, and provide quality service at a fair price. They have had to come out to my home on several occasions including to fix work done by my terrible contractor, clear out clogged drains in both my sink and my shower, and have even come out for emergency repairs when I cold have ended up with a major flooding issue. Moret plumbing charged $400 labor to install a water heater and then left the wires exposed. This is not code and is dangerous. I did mention that the $400 was just the labor they also charged another $500 for the water heater that when I looked up only cost about $290. This was done to my elderly mother. It took them less than an hour. I realize they brought the unit to the house and took the old one for disposal, but $400 labor for that seems pretty steep and then to leave the job with exposed wires for that price is not professional at all.
