We have had Morelli and Sons for repairs to our boiler hot water and a leaky bath issue that went down to the garage.
Each time they were prompt, courteous , professional , neat and got the job done better than it was. The things were handled the first time and was charged a fair price. Prior to using Morelli I had not so good luck with another , self proclaimed more experienced plumber in town that resulted in repeat visits and cost run ups. I would recommend calling Morelli first.

My husband and I called for a quote on a water softner and were told someone would be here the Wednesday of the following week. Wednesday came and no one showed up nor did we receive a phone call for cancellation/reschedule. We called them again and they arrived within the hour for the quote. We provided the information requested by them and were told they would look into what we provided and call back with better information on what we would need for the water softner. That was a few weeks ago and we have yet to hear back from them. My rating is on the customer service we received.

They were fantastic! Came exactly on time with two trucks and three men to cut through dry wall and fix a gas leak. Great attention to detail, they knew exactly what they were doing, and, I must say at a reasonable price considering the work involved. I highly recommend.

I called Ron Morelli at 6pm thurs night and told him I had a burst pipe in my basement he asked me if I needed immediate service or could wait till the morning - I followed his instructions to turn the water off and I opted for the morning to not pay the emergency fee- Ron was there in the morning and fixed my issue within 15 mins of being here - he was fast, affordable, efficient and very friendly! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area!
