hired Frank to do a small bathroom. I'm a licensed contractor. agreed in a price. Frank tried to up charge me an extra thousand for nothing. I had to fix all his mistakes. wanted to charge me for coming back to fix what he did wrong. absolutely unprofessional. second payment made and he bailed an hour later told me his wife made him leave and she wanted more money. blamed his wife for his attitude and bad timing. don't waste your time he's a con artist

I requested a service call to fix a couple of leaks (bottom of toilet and washing machine shutoff valve). This was a Wednesday morning. I was told by Shana that Frank would be here between 10:00 and 11:00 on Friday morning. ""No show"". I called Mora's at 11:36, because I hadn't even received the courtesy of a phone call, and left a message, because no-one answered the phone. I called a 2nd time around 12:15. No answer again. This time I didn't leave a message, but started calling other plumbers. At 1:00, Frank from Mora's finally called, and I informed him that I had already arranged another plumber.
I'm committed to using local businesses, and Mora's is as ""local"" as it gets (located only about a mile from my house). But I will not call Mora's Plumbing again, given their lack of dependability...a simple ""common courtesy"" call is all it would have taken. Pretty disappointing.
