Not sure why they have an emergency service number.. Don't bother calling it unless you want to wait 4 hours for a return call. This is one of several times I've used it, and unfortunately I always get the owner, Renee who is the rudest person I've ever spoken to -- and it's always 4 hours for a return call. Tonight though, he actually hung up on me -- which is why I decided to write this. Guess he doesn't understand what a 'customer' is. And Saturday hours? You can forget that! They are the main plumber for our association. They get enough work from them -- they don't need homeowners work when we call. And honestly, they charge more than many other plumbers in Santa Clarita anyway. PLEASE --- do yourself a favor -- Look for someone else No customer deserves to be hung up on. Too bad the owner can't be as nice as some of the people that work for him.

Joe and Eddie came out to hydro jet my outdoor drains. They did an amazing job! Got everything done in the time window I was hoping so that I wasn't paying extra. They showed up on time and explained the whole process to me, so that I understood what was being done. I highly recommend this company!

Just had Jesse and team come out for an issue with a main feed line leak. He assessed, dug up, confirmed, and repaired very quickly and neatly with some nice SC80

Super fair price and quality of work and cleanup. I will him and the team over again if any plumbing issues ever arise.

I've used Moran Plumbing multiple times, from complete repipe to salvaging & rescuing my DIY attempt to solve an issue.
Everyone I've had contact with has been friendly, courteous, and above all professional.
I'd recommend to just give them a call for any of your plumbing needs.

They have come out 2 times - once to fix a leak under the kitchen sink and another time to fix the master bathroom toilet. Great job both times and cost appeared to be reasonable. I have another plumbing job that I will be calling them about as well. I was recommended to them by my brother in law.

The HOA sent a guy from Moran plumbing out to my unit for less than 10 min ... quoted me $1025 ...I did not use them ... got the job done for $225 with another plumbing company. When they realized I would not use them they invoiced my HOA $175 for "" his investigation."" They are in cahoots with my HOA for sure. When I asked would that $175 cover the re-plaster for my neighbor's ceiling, I was told I would have to pay that separately. Not to mention the guy on the phone is a rude incompetent jerk.

Moran Plumbing has been doing work at my house for the past 20+ years. From a complete home copper replumb to installing new water heaters, fixing broken ABS drain pipes, shutoff valves, replacing a pressure regulator, etc. Always quick and efficient service.

I had a flood in my garage with the water heater; they changed their schedule & came immediately.
The two guys (Joe & Eddie) were super friendly, very professional & completely clear on explaining the issue.

Moran Plumbing has been my go to plumbing company for the 17 years I have lived in the Santa Fe condominiums. I have especially had numerous dealings with Miguel, and every time he comes here I am blown away by his professionalism, and his get it done attitude. This business is honest and their employees are impeccable. I cannot recommend them any more highly, for all your plumbing needs.
