NEVER call Mike Moran Plumbing!

Mike Moran gave me a committment of Tuesday December 10, 2019 to come and put in a new water heater. I had been with out hot water since Dec. 6, 2019. Tuesday comes and Moran texts me that he cannot come because he overbooked himself and now he cannot come until Thursday Dec. 12, 2019. I'll be his 2nd job that day he stated. Thursday comes and goes and Moran is another NO SHOW. No call, no text. My handman calls and tells me Moran called HIM and wanted to know what he would charge me and would he do the job? My handyman told him that he wasn't involved, and Moran should have honored his committment to me.

AGAIN, NEVER CALL MIKE MORAN PLUMBING unless you want to be lied to, stood up and virtually given the finger when you tell him he needed to honor his committment to YOU!

Great service at a reasonable cost. They repaired my sink in a jiffy, and told me what else needed to be done. I already knew what they were talking about, so it's not like they were looking for more money. Will definitely use again!

Mike Moran Plumbing and his team are amazing true professionals. They are knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I called them for a clogged kitchen sink and they showed up the next day on time. His team was personable, quickly went to work and resolved the issue quickly. The price was extremely fair. I am a lifetime customer, will not hesitate to refer business, and will use him for all my future pluming needs. Unprofessional in every way.

I had a business card for Mike Moran Plumbing, so when the water heater flooded on a Saturday morning, I gave him a call around 11 a.m. Because the answering machine was ""full,"" I kept looking, but was pleased when my call was returned within the hour, even without my leaving a message or a number. I was told they would be out in two hours.

When no one had arrived by 4:30 that afternoon, I didn't want to be charged an ""emergency rate."" So I called again and said that 9:00 Monday morning would be fine. But Monday morning came and went, and I called again about 1:30 that afternoon. The man who answered said they had forgotten all about that appointment and that someone would be right out. Having heard that story before, I said that Tuesday, 9:00 a.m. would do.

Around 9:30 Tuesday morning a Mike Moran plumber called to say he had forgotten my address at the office. I provided the address, and about 45 minutes later two men in Mike Moran Plumbing shirts appeared. They came into the garage and immediately began applying wrenches to the water heater.

At this point I objected, saying I would like an estimate before any work was done. They replied, ""Oh, didn't they give you that over the phone?"" They quickly ran through their plan to replace the broken appliance with the model they regularly install, replace this, this and that, put in a pan, new exhaust and so forth. I asked for addition options, and they were unable to provide any at all.

I sent them back to Buckeye, saying that I would find a professional outfit to do our plumbing. I cannot be certain but I suspect they had confused me with the compliant grey-haired woman down the street. They met me instead.
