There's an old saying the CIA has that I like to apply to certain things: once is an anomaly, twice is coincidence, three times is definitely enemy action. So in a nutshell, just DON'T LET there be a third time if you don't have to. This store has everything you could possibly need in it. So what's the downside you ask? They'll sell you the wrong sh*t every time and insist it's what you want. I've never seen anything like it at another hardware store. When I first moved in to my apartment over one year ago these guys sold me all the wrong pieces to connect a washer/dryer. Then again with some other items for something else months later. Recently, they sold me two bad key copies for $30, fully knowing that the keys would probably not work (as told to me by one of the owners when I brought the keys back the next day).

Unscrupulous and just plain moronic is what you get here. Don't bother. Seriously, go to another hardware store nearby. They're all over the place in this neighborhood. Even if you have to walk a few extra blocks, save yourself from the incompetence of this place.

I needed to get a door sweep cut to size. I wanted to hit the hardware store across the street, however this spot was the only one on the block that was open on a Sunday. Not the nicest bunch, but they handled the job and only charged me $2. I probably wouldn't come here if I needed answers to any questions.

the customer service is horrible , once is you walk in the atmosphere is like why are you in our store, I been here a couple of times and the experience gets worse every time , the only positive thing about the place is its prices but like a cheap hooker your asking yourself why did I go to her

They had replaced my apt doorknob/lock one year ago with good brand (Medeco), and now the lock was loose and unable to lock from outside,

Not a bad hardware store, I use them frequently for job related small purchases, and my coworker (the superintendent) seems to prefer them to other hardware stores in the area, but I always advise everyone to shop around and find the best prices if you find yourself frequenting hardware stores often.

Also, Morales is significantly more English friendly than some of the other shops.

I got some keys copied here and it was extraordinarily cheap! And the service was fast and friendly.
If I ever need this type of service again, I will definitely come here.

A family run hardware store that offers the usual services at low prices. I was able to get a key copied here for $1.50. I was also able to pick up some coaxial cable for cheap as well. The place was pretty busy during my visit which to me is a good sign; I like seeing places like this. Recommend.
