Moos plumbing just came to my house and fixed a RO water spout in kitchen and replaced my broken garbage disposal under sink. The service and price was great. The plumber they sent was a great guy and I plan on using them regularly for my future plumbing needs.

I don't normally write reviews and they didn't ask me to give one.... I'm writing this review because of how nice the guy on the phone was.
I filed a claim with AHS online due to water heater leaking and AHS referred me to Moos Plumbing.
Moos Plumbing called me the next morning (nice guy) and sent someone out the same day. They were fast, efficient, and professional.

Our water heater broke and within 24 hours Moos plumbing-Sioux City called and was able to get it fixed/replaced. The repairman went above and beyond to help replace the water shut off valve and replaced the water heater. Their timeliness, professionalism, and problem resolution exceeded our expectations. The repairman was very nice and helpful. The job was completed in less than 2hrs. Thankful we didn't have to be without hot water for more than 24 hours.

Moos is honest and trustworthy. The plumber gave us several options with a range of prices for fixing our faucets. He was absolutely one of the friendliest people I've ever met. I have to say that I was amazed at the amount of work he finished in the time he was here.

DO NOT USE!

They came to us from American Home Shield (ALSO DO NOT USE). While they were ""fixing"" an issue in my bathroom that actually took 2+ weeks to fix (a simple drip fix took this long?!), they broke my water shutoff valve. This was at like noon. Later that night I went to the basement and found my carpet and furniture soaked in an inch of water. We couldn't get a hold of them. American Home Shield couldn't get a hold of them. It took then until noon the next day to come shut the water off - otherwise AHS would have had us pay an emergency call - and being first time homeowners, we couldn't afford that. (Isn't that what home warranty is for?)

After the ""fix,"" we started trying to dry out the carpet. Came downstairs to find the ""Fix"" had broken. AGAIN. Another plumber came to save us and said the fix was a crappy job to make it look like it would work - but would have never held.

Our insurance said Moos should cover our damages, but the owner told us to leave their office when we tried to discuss it. Then the repair guy tried to bribe us with cash and gave us the name of ""a guy he knows"" who could fix the carpet.

These folks came to me by way of American home shield . I had my water heater die on Christmas Eve day . I knew that it would not be fixed until Tuesday at the earliest , due to the Holiday .
The original company could not come until Thursday due to so much work . So American Home shield dispatched these folks .
Within 5 minutes of the call , Ralph called me and asked what was going on and asked if they could come in 20 minutes . Sure enough 22 minutes later they were at my home and about a hour and half the job was done .
Ben did the plumbing on this and didn't mind my "" 20 questions "" . I was very impressed with work and no mess left behind . I would use them again in a second .
