Last night after my daughter showered there was water all over her bedroom, the shore shares a wall with her room. My wife cleans up the mess and thankfully the leak doesn't return. I called Simi Valley Plumbing this morning around 10 am. The phone was answered quickly by an actual person, not an answering machine. Clearly they were busy, the phones were ringing off the hook. I state my problem and the guy I'm talking too tells me he will get ahold of one of his plumbers and give me a call back, in 10-15 minutes. At this point I'm thinking it's gonna 3 hours before he call back. I was so wrong, 10 minutes later the guy calls me and says a plumber is on his way.
Ray shows up, finds the leak and tells me he has to go get the part. 20 minutes later Ray is back and the problem is fixed.
What a great company, great customer service, quality plumbers, and the problem was fixed in a timely manner. I wish definitely use the again.

We had Simi Valley Plumbing install a gas line. The work and craftsmanship was great, and they even drywalled over their work when they were done, which was not something we had asked for or paid for. Very happy with the results.

I had a leak in my slab which flooded my closet. I cannot say enough about how helpful and reasonable Simi Valley Plumbing was. They worked extra hours to ensure I had water available over the holiday weekend and then came back after the weekend to re-route my leaking plumbing. They were reasonable, on time, clean and polite. Highly Recommend! Very very pleased with the excellent customer service, the honest upfront quote and the great work! Lucky to accommodate us with a same day appointment. Quickly cleared and un-clogged the kitchen sink and repaired the resulting leaking pipe. We had to change our appointment time 3 times within an hour and they were extremely understanding. Actually I would give them a ten star rating as they are not only the top of their profession in terms of work and quality but their more than honest and explain what needs to be done
and why.
They came to my rescue for one of my rentals at the last minute of the day to let me know that another company wasn't being quite honest with me. Simi Valley Plumbing fixed the issue at a fraction of the cost I was quoted by the other company. I would refer them to anyone (including my mother) that needs an honest and efficient plumbing company.
Don't get confused this is Simi Valley Plumbing not the other guys. They will treat you like family for sure?
