I called Chris and was able to get an appt the next day. I had David come out and help me with my plumbing problem. He was very helpful, kind and explained things as he diagnosed the problem I was having with my water leak. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing problems.

We started having problems with our septic and my husband spoke with Chris today at Moores plumbing and he quoted us a price and was at our home within a couple hours. He and his crew were friendly and knowledgeable. Once he arrived he found the problem to be more severe than expected but he honored his original quote. They did a great job and we highly recommend them.

I'm not one to do reviews or complain but totally disappointed in this business. Six weeks of ""I'm coming over next week"" and never showing up and no phone call to say he wasn't. Very unprofessional. The last straw was this past weekend. Chris was to come over Thursday or Friday to do a job and he never showed. I called him and he said he was coming Saturday to complete. He never showed. Called again and he said he would be over. He never showed up. We had to retrieve our keys and pass. I personally would not recommend this guy based on my experience. Very frustrating!

They took the extra time to figure out what was really going on rather than assuming like other companies in the area did. They are also fair and honest with actual costs.
