Mr. Moore changed my water line at the meter WITHOUT my permission. He complained so much about some of the past plumbing by the previous owner, my relative's husband, it was quite intolerable. He tried to cut off my explanation telling him that I was coming here since my time in high school to help my aunt's husband who had 'black lung disease' with plumbing and I knew that only one room upstairs had heating; he said 'let me stop you right there' before I could finish telling him the same.
When I returned from working/traveling for a few years I called his home to schedule a visit he actually screamed at me over the phone 'who the hell gave you my number'? I said, 'Joe, it's on your business card' !

Hello: Usually take testimonials c a grain of salt and am really tolerant c rude and supposedly 'professional', tradesmen. When Mr. Moore was looking for customers when he started on his own post leaving him employer. The former owner of my home, my aunt, gave him the Okay. After she died, I kept him on and he put some upstairs heating, one room already had heat. When I gone and he had access to my home he made an authorized, drastic change to my water delivery system in my basement.
And when I spoke c him about a different matter and mentioned the heating upstairs heating, rudely saying, ""Let me stop you right there"", (paraphrasing) I did not install all of the upstairs heating. He KNEW that when in high school, the late 60's to help my aunt's husband who had black lung to help install some of the plumbing, from coal to oil. The WORST was listening to him complaining, complaining and complaining. When I returned from working in California, I called his home and he answered his phone and screamed "" who the f... gave you this number""! I laughed and said 'it's on your business card'! Glad to say he's gone and the professional my professional plumber is not so darn psychotic.
