DISCLAIMER: I haven't used Duane's services myself, but he's officially my hero.

I called him about a clogged drain, and even though he wasn't available, he took the time to recommend a couple of other companies who could help me. I could tell he was busy, but he didn't rush me off the phone. Instead, he explained why he trusted these companies, which gave me so much peace of mind. Who does that? Duane, apparently!

After a year full of unexpected repairs, I was bracing myself for another big bill. But one of his recommendations got the job done quickly and at a fraction of what I was expecting--just like Duane said they would.

Honestly, as a woman, I sometimes feel like prices get inflated or I'm pressured into services I don't need. I don't have a dad or someone like that to turn to for advice, so dealing with stuff like this can feel overwhelming. Having Duane point me to people he trusts made the whole process so much easier. Thank you!

We FINALLY have an excellent plumber due to Nextdoor's glowing recommendations for the fabulous Duane -- he came out this week to switch out a bathroom faucet and now we have many ""Moore"" things planned with him. Please, just call him and save your time and hassle with anyone else. You will love him!

Duane you are the very very best.....open honest sincere and tell the truth about what needs to be done....you inspire us all with your high energy and positive out-look. Once again you came thru taking time to fix our issues with hot water pressure being lower. You had other clients and it was almost the end of the day but you arrived on time and took care of the problem in 10 minutes or less.....charge was minimum...and so felt great giving him much more than he asked....Had to admit I called other plumbers in the area and they said oh yes it's your water heater....you need a NEW ONE....cost...1600.00 plus installation...thanks Duane you are truly one special enlightened person.....Sammy/Walter/Trent.....

If you want a plumber who over charges that your afraid to call, Duane is not your guy. But, if you want someone who will fix your plumbing issue and who will be reasonably priced, a real person and who gets the issue resolved, then give Duane a call.

I reached out to Duane after being referred to him by neighbors on Nextdoor. I left a very detailed and polite voicemail about two issues we were experiencing. A few hours later, he texted simply asking for my address. I replied with the address, assuming he was then going to tell me about his availability. More than 24 hours passed, so I reached out again and asked when he might be available to come out. He replied a few hours later asking me to tell him about the issues again. No problem. I responded right away with the details of the two issues. Another 24+ hours pass. I reached out again and politely asked if he could please let me know if he would be able to come out to take a look at some point. Zero response after that (it's been a week). Very unprofessional. I am a patient and polite person; I had a neighbor referral; and I was even in the market to possibly replace a whole shower drain pipe, but he completely ghosted me without even the courtesy of saying, ""sorry, I am too busy"" or ""sorry, but I'm not interested/able to help you."" Just radio silence.

Another very satisfied customer for Duane! We had recently had a new refrigerator delivered, but the water line to it was leaking and needed to be replaced. Duane initially had hoped we might be able to get away with inexpensively replacing the connection at the end of the line, but when that didn't work he quickly transitioned to replacing the entire water line, which wasn't the easiest piece of work, needing to run it through a couple of cabinets, behind our stove, and then into a pretty busy collection of pipes under our sink. One of the original couplings for that ended up leaking a bit, which he caught with his testing, allowing him to replace it with a non-leaking coupling before he left and before we would have noticed the leaking.

He did all of this between struggling himself to get his service truck/van up and running after he'd recently run into brake problems (that he was also able to fix himself!). We found him friendly, personable, and very hard and efficient worker. His integrity and skill were both apparent in all of our interactions. Pricing did not feel like rock bottom, but did feel reasonable, and much less than what the big conglomerates charge with _much_ better personable service. Definitely one of our best plumbing experiences to date! We are planning on him as our 1st choice ""go to"" guy for future plumbing needs.
