Duane did a splendid job on my toilet that I've been having problems with for years. No one else could do it, or even knew what to do. I LOVE HIM!!!!

Do yourself a favor, if you need anything plumbing related, Duane is your man.

Around 8pm last night, we discovered a pinhole leak in the copper pipe leading out of our water heater which was spraying a fine mist onto nearby cabinets. Duane Moore took my call in the evening, suggested a temporary fix and came out at 7am the next morning to replace the elbow joint that was creating the problem even though he already had an 8am appointment booked nearby. Great guy, great work. Very satisfied!

A couple of months ago, I called Duane desperate for help replacing a leaky water heater. He was already busy that day working on another project but he took time to walk me through how to disconnect and empty the old one step by step via FaceTime. Fortunately, he was able to squeeze us in the following morning and installed our new water heater. He was friendly, super knowledgeable and very professional. He was in and out within an hour and was extremely reasonable. Duane is a gem!

We have been having issues for over a week and with 6 people and having a clogged toilet that can be tuff. Duane came out and asked a few questions and within 10 minutes fixed our toilet. Awesome one-man shop! Here are some details. I found him through local webpages, highly recommended by locals in my area. He came through to do a general inspection for me - I am a 1st time homebuyer and he educated me on what needs to be done vs not. I had hair in one of my shower drains and thought I needed it to be snaked. But he urged me to try do it yourself solutions first before he would have to charge me - what a guy! Additionally, my water pressure was a bit high and another plumbing company quoted me almost $500 to fix it and replace a few parts. He looked at it and advised that I don't need to replace anything yet, plus he adjusted my water pressure for me... FOR FREE. He also reconnected my hot water re-circulation line after all the plumbers said they didn't want to touch it (due to fear of pumping corrosion through my lines) since it wasn't used for 6 months since I bought the house. For free again! Needless to say, I made an appointment with him to install two pressure assisted toilets and am confident that he'll deliver. Even for the toilets he said I can youtube it myself to see if I want to save the install money. Man... you just don't see reliable and non-price-gouging contractors (let alone plumbers) nowadays. One of my best friends in Boston is a plumber so I know it's rare commodity to see others like Duane since I moved to San Diego. I'll update my review after the toilet install, but I really have no expectations that anything will go wrong.

Duane is a straight-shooter and a problem solver. My water heater broke on Saturday and started leaking all over my garage. I gave him a call and he did me a huge solid and came out of his way the next morning to fix it.

I'm not looking forward to the next plumbing problem my house throws at me, but when it happens, I'm giving Duane a call to work his magic.
