Jeff came by on a same day appointment to fix our water heater. He really knows his stuff! Best service we could have asked for. Taught us some things and serviced the unit without charging us unnecessary fees. So knowledgeable! He is genuinely a good person and professional. Could not recommend this company and this tech more highly. Above and beyond the call of duty!

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said "Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line". WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. As well as all of my family. Thank you so much David Moore, David Steele, and of course Noah.

We started having issues with our almost 14 year water heater. We contacted three plumbing companies to get a diagnosis. Moore was the only one that charged $89.00, and demanded it when they came to our house even though when we made the appointment, we were not informed of this charge. After getting three estimates, Moore's estimate seemed middle range. Unfortunately, they became less and less responsive to questions through texts and phone calls. We were going to need a roofer to install a tankless unit in our attic. The roofer they use was also not very quick to respond, and very uncooperative. Hence, we chose another company to replace our water heater. We have experience during this pandemic some terrible customer service, but this company was the worst!

Terrible! Had a clogged sink that required about $30 dollars in parts and 30 minutes of labor. Company wanted almost $900. They charge $89 just to come out and then give you a quote that's three times too high. They don't even apply the $89 if you accept the outlandish quote, not that I was going too. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The technician was professional. Charged us $546 to replace a kitchen strainer. Moore and More is absolutely a ripoff.

Plumber came out and dug a hole just to tell my wife he couldnt do anything for us due to pipes being discontinued. Then he charged my wife 364 dollars and went on his way. What...did...I....pay....for???? I understand the service charge and maybe an hourly rate flr his time, but come on.

I called them after another plumbing company failed to fix the main pipe clogging. They came in quickly and fixed the problem in a few hours. Their explanations on the problem was very thorough, a lot better than the other plumbing company's. They were also very courteous. I wish I called them first so I wouldn't have wasted several hundreds dollars. I'd highly recommend them.

Quality work but way way overcharged. $151 for a 20 minute job. All the tech did was unkink a supply hose. Nothing was replaced.

I have used Moore and More for years. When I found David Moore online, we only spoke over the phone. I hadn't met him in person. Still, we trusted him to come into our house with nobody there. A few years later, we finally met face-to-face! He has done a lot of work for us in our current home and our rental propery. He is always kind, straightforward, and he makes me feel like my issue is his priority. He is reliable, sweet, and hardworking. He's a keeper!
