So glad I have the Moore Home Services coverage. Around every 5-6 years, my shower backs up from the kitchen, and it decided to do that at almost 4:30 pm. Moore was able to come out and snake the line this evening.

I just had Moore Home Services out to install mini splits. A few years ago, I had them install a full house mini split system. It was fantastic. I have since moved to a new house and had them install mini splits in two of our rooms. They are amazingly professional, friendly, and competent.

I hired Moore to install a mini-split heating/cooling system in our home. David Iodence was awesome. He came to our home and made the recommendations needed for our new system. His crew, Drake, Dayton, Dustin, and Seba came and installed our new system. They also got rid of the old furnace and air conditioner. They told us the job would be done in 3 days and it was. They were incredibly professional and courteous. They answered all my questions. At end of day, they left the home clean and looked after. I really appreciate their hard work. My system works great!

I have used Moore Home Heating services for over ten years with installing two heating systems and numerous duct systems in my souther Marin RE. Mike came over to check up on a new Sausalito System on a Saturday this January. Everything checked out perfectly and he gave me a quick study on the inner workings of my new system. Mike was personable and was very experienced in the heating business. Moore will alway be my go to company when I have heating questions or maintenanc.

Had a membership w/ Moore, tech came out to do routine check on furnace. he found that the Fan motor capacitor was reading low on voltage and suggested replacing. The bill came to $346!!! for this capacitor. After paying and being somewhat upset about the bill, I checked online and found the identical item at Home Depot for less than $12. Ordered the item and am expecting to get refund of my $346. This is price gouging! I canceled my membership!

I have changed my review from a 3 to 4 star because I did receive call back from manager of company and he was very pleasant and took care of my needs. have a appointment to have the permit for inspection, and also get the drywall fixed and check to make sure that my ducking was wrapped where I had a couple of tears.

Raymond was exceptional! He came out for leak detection in our two story home. He was incredibly helpful, patient, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him! He got to the root of the problem and was very informative on my options along the way. Great asset of an employee for Moore!!
