Shealah T.Installed a whirlpool tub in my home, that is leaking into my kitchen ceiling. We have called this company numerous times asking that they return to repair the faulty installation, and they have failed to do so.
Katrina G.This company came recommended from a co-worker. I used this company 3 years ago to service my air conditioner and everything went well. This year I requested a CO 2 inspection from my furnace, which is a requirement to sell my home...I called Mr. Williams and he ""promised"" he would provide the certificate and after 3 calls to him (because this is important) he NEVER sent me an email or responded. I try to support a black business...but regardless of color...a business needs to come correct. I was going to recommend Mr. Williams to the new homeowners, but for WHAT!!!!
My main sewer line backed up causing flooding in my entire basement. None of the major names were available. I found this company online Rudy came out, cleared the line and another drain in my basement and he cleaned up what was a terrible mess at a very affordable rate.
T D.I had this company install a new AC in a house my wife and I recently purchased in May 2015. They were referred to me by the sellers who used them to do all the plumbing in the house I just purchased. So the install went fine and my house was nice and cold (The company did not pull permits from the city which I paid for). The next year May 2016, my house could not keep up with the heat at all. So I called their technician James who said there must be a leak and he came by and recharged the system but did not fix the leak. The next year May 2017, I had to call them again because the AC was not blowing cold. It took multiple calls to James and the company to get someone out and James recharged the system but did not fix the leak.
You guessed it, the next year 2018 AC doesn't blow cold. I call James and he said he would come out and fix the leak and recharge. James never showed up. Multiple calls to the business were answered and the person would say he is on his way. My wife was pregnant at the time and this was unneeded stress being in a hot house. I was calling every day, 20 times a day to get this fixed. Eventually I went through another company because Moore Brother Plumbing ignored my issues. The AC they installed was defective and they never took care of it.
Long story short, the equipment is faulty and they don't stand by it, they don't pull permits that customer paid to get and they will lie to get you off the phone.
I am still frustrated that I wrote this review two years later. Now I have an annual visit from a prompt HVAC technician who recharges my AC every May for a few.
Never worked with this company, nor did I call/request any service -- yet they called (knew my name and other info), texted, called and texted again. Each call (5 in an hour)/voicemail more urgent than the next wanting to know if someone was home. You do the math, while I change my locks.
Called Moore brothers on Monday for a leaking shower cartridge. They said they would be out Tuesday. They never showed up. Called them on Wednesday they apologized and said they would be on their way. 2 guys show up, one wearing a white beater and sandals another wearing street clothes. Never in my life would I show up to service such a high class place looking like I just came off the streets with no uniform on. When they finished the job they left with our hotel MASTER KEYS. Did not bother telling our front desk if they had fixed the issue or return the keys. It wasn't until about 11 PM that night my front desk called me and told me that the keys were not at the front desk I proceeded to call Moore brothers and I did not get an answer. I then got a callback from an old man who sounded very agitated that I was calling to get my master keys back. he then proceeded to tell me well why didn't you make sure you don't get them back I said well why didn't your workers make sure to return them mind you they have left about seven hours prior to me calling how did they not notice that they left my hotel with our master keys sounds kind of shady. I will never do business with them again and I recommend no one else do business with these shady guys.

This one is like the others on this page. Called for an appointment. Someone took my info. Never called back. I called them again, they said they'd call right back again - never happened. Did that dance one more time. On the last call a different person picked up who had no record of any of the info I had given.
I'm not sure this is a real business.
If I could give a zero for a star it would be too good. They sent two young boys who weren't sure on the price. then to make matters worse when it came time to pay I said where is my receipt and the guy said he was dropping the other guy off at home and would stop in the office and bring my receipt. That was 2 months ago. later that same day I called the office the man that I spoke with about my receipt was rude and told me that an emergency came up and I would get my receipt. Two days later I called again and a lady answered and she also was rude. She said oh you will get a receipt that is no problem where do you want it sent not we will bring the receipt to you since I already paid after work was completed, I said can you send it to my email address along with a hard copy to my home address she said ok, but then mouthed off you will get your receipt. Two months later no receipt. I feel responsible because I should not have paid for services without a receipt. I will be notifying the BBB and the IRS because I think they are trying to get paid under the table-no paper trail and that is wrong and bad business and to be so rude by both of the individuals that I spoke with is ridiculous. They need to be shut down and investigated. Something is going on secretly and needs to be addressed. No contact has been made to me she took my address, my email address and my name and phone number.
Sharon A.I called for an appt. around 3pm and a lady takes my info and says ill call you back never does. So i decided after an hour i call back speak with a guy who ensures me they will be out in an hour and half needless to say they never showed up or even contacted me back to say they wont be coming. The next day the lady had the nerve to ask if i still requied their service. Didnt even bother to apologize for not coming or calling from the day before. People have no respect for customers.
Recommended by my home warranty company. They were thorough, pleasant, and fixed the problem that other plumbers had missed. Highly recommended!
