I found Moore Brothers on Home Advisor. Good reviews & local. It took a few attempts to get them at my home for a roof repair estimate. Received a good price. Signed the contract. More missed appointments before the job was done. First rainstorm & leak was unchanged. After more missed appointments the roof repair was repaired. It didn't leak & I was happy. Until the first big wind that blew the repair off. It again took more missed appointments to get an estimate to again repair the roof repair. Made an appointment for the repair. They missed the appointment again. They also stopped returning my calls. I give up. Do not recommend Moore Brothers.

Great and honest! Jim was great to talk to and he has plenty on in-site to ideas to get the job done. I would highly recommend them!

i was actually referred to them by someone who works for me. I called, and he was busy and said he'd call back. he didn't. I called the next day, and he said he would call at a certain time. He didn't. He called late at night, so I asked him to call me at work. 3 times a charm and he did. We scheduled a time to meet. It was a Sunday, which he said worked perfectly. It was the day after a big boxing fight. He said he would call to let me know when he was coming, in the morning. He didn't so I texted. No response. I then called and he did not respond. then he finally texted back. He said he and his dad would come, then actually said his dad couldn't, as he had a late night because of the fight. etc... He finally came out, and spent over an hour taking measurements, etc.... then said it would take a few days to get the quote. I said no rush and that was fine. 10 days later, I texted and no response. Texted twice more, and no word. Its a shame, as they came highly recommended. I'm happy they are able to throw away business tho. good for them.

Paid more but got less. It used to be brothers however now it is only grandsons and nephews. They came back twice to fix roof gutters. we still have water dripping onto stucco and wood. They promised to come back a third time but have blown me off every time! Do not use this company!
