THE BEST! 10/5 Stars! Honest, Reliable, Knowledgable. I had received 5 quotes from plumbing companies about a full sewer line repair in my house. Felipe was the only company that did NOT try to rob me of 15-20K in work to be done that was not actually needed. I can't thank Felipe enough for providing an affordable option and not taking advantage of our lack of understanding when it came to our plumbing issue! I can't recommend him and his team enough.

Moor Plumbing recently completed a larger re-piping job at my house. The work was done efficiently and at a high professional level, and was completed on-time and on-budget. When a small problem arose with the work, Felipe and his crew came back to correct the issue as part of their work warranty, without arguing or asking for more money. Felipe. Just FYI. After each passing storm, I always run downstairs to check and make sure everything is OK. It's always such a wonderful feeling of relief when I see everything dry as a bone! However, I went down today to check again after the storm a day ago, and ... while there's no water flowing down from the rock foundation into my basement like we discovered last time ... it's clear that some water has seeped into the dirt in that same area. You can see two dark spots where water has come in ... the soil being wet and moist ... but again ... no water flowing from those areas. The basement floor is still dry, so no water has seeped down from those spots. Maybe this is normal, and it will never get any worse? But I thought I'd run it by you, in case it's a signal of some kind that it could get worse with the coming forecasted storms this week. I sure hope not!

Felipe and his crew did an awesome, and very diligent job, and were very responsive!

We had a clogged outdoor drain, and they ran a camera through the plumbing, rooted out the drainage pipe, and went above and beyond to unclog it!

Felipe and Moor Plumbing did a fantastic job repairing a sewer line issue, installing a new clean out, and re-pouring concrete during a severe rainstorm. He had the system functioning in several hours when 2 previous companies worked a day each on the issue to no avail.Definitely five stars for being responsive, professional, and completing the job under the worst circumstances even though he didn't have to. I highly recommend this company. FYI, I have experience in the the trades, but this was something I wasn't willing to tackle on my own.

I had a sewer back up that needed immediate attention and Felipe was able to come within a couple hours to fix the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable, provided a fair estimate on the phone. When he snaked the sewer line, he also took the the time to put a camera down the pipe and show me the tree roots that were the issue. He gave me a few options for a short term & long term solution. In addition to this he snaked my kids upstairs bathroom sink that had been clogged. Good attention to detail and someone I would definitely hire anytime you need plumbing help.

Mr. Felipe replaced my two-handle bathroom sink faucet & drain with a single stem faucet & drain from Ikea. He did an awesome job. Very professional, on time, detailed, clean, wore mask & shoe covers. He finished the job quick & was very knowledgeable. He has the best price in the Bay Area. The gas line to our fire pit and BBQ in the backyard had a leak and PG&E came out to disconnect and shut off the line at a rental property in Los Gatos. We got multiple quotes for repairing or replacing the line but many of the companies that came out wanted to dig up our walkway and damage our hardscape. We called Moor Plumbing solutions and Felipe gave us a more reasonable and less disruptive solution to installing a new gas line. The work was very clean and professional with a start to finish time of only three days. Now our tenants can enjoy the backyard amenities the rest of the summer. We highly recommend Moor Plumbing Solutions as they are very professional and have very good knowledge in underground plumbing!!! Will be using them again for all of our plumbing needs!

The main Sewer line was blocked by tree roots. Felipe showed up, ran a camera to show me how bad the situation was and made recommendations. He excavated the line, ran a new sewer line, covered and sealed it. What I like about him is his integrity, and the quality of his work speaks volumes.
