Had Moonlight do a tankless waters heater install. price was good and installed within a couple days. very neat and professional install by Eddie. through no fault of Moonlight I had a couple issues with unit. Derek responded to my concerns (twice) immediately and was able to correct the issue without further charges, which was nice since issues weren't result of their work. strongly recommend them for plumbing needs.

We had some work done and the owner came to give us a quote. He said he would perform the work and he did not. The two men that come to do the work were not sure of the work they were doing, good thing we were watching. The cost we paid for the reverse osmosis was high compared to others and one issue they were not able to resolve and they still charged us.

Used Moonlight Plumbing for renovation of our 2 bathrooms. Can't rave enough about the service we received. They showed up when they said they would, did the work that was needed (which was a lot) and we r very happy with the outcome. I usually get 3 quotes for work we need but didn't in this case. Moonlight was highly recommended to us by r Real Estate agent friend and I didn't have any other recommendations so we went with her recommendation and glad we did. Derrick, the owner & his workers was responsive to our needs and his office gal Amelia, worked with me for scheduling & billing. Great service, very communicative and answered all questions. Manager Derrick came out to properly check and diagnose issue and gave me the run down: the problem, what may have caused it, how long to fix, and when someone would be over to fix. Well, theb Eddie can right on over within stated time frame and did a great job. Also good service and actually finished a earlier than I was told.

Highly recommend Moonlight Plumbing, Inc. ...Derek over there has hooked us up twice. First he fixed a water main leak and now his crew did an amazing job extending our gas line for our new grill. The work was clean and very professional. Our plumbing company forever!!!

Phoned them twice on Thursday, both times they were away from the phone. Left a message, and they even did an automatic text asking for more information. A day later, my leak was repaired by someone else because I never got a callback from this company. Don't know the quality of their work if they never respond back.

Don't use this company!! Takes a service fee of $100! One person says applies to work..Another one says no it doesn't! Never showed up or called for appointment that was set !! Twice might I add!!!!Not even one star!! Stay far away!!! Have to post a star just to post!! Very unprofessional!
